The owners are amazing. Roy has alot of patience when it comes to working with my son who is 15 and this being his first time in a gym. Probably the best gym I’ve been to. It has everything that I enjoy about a gym - actual free weights and tension machines, it’s never packed, and you’re able to work out how you want to. Not like Planet Fitness where they shame you for exerting energy when you work out, like you’re supposed to. Would definitely suggest this gym to anyone looking for a good atmosphere.

Called on a Saturday to inquire about a day pass while I’m in town for the following day. Where other gyms fell short and went to a voicemail, the owner of pro fitness has the landline forwarded to his personal cell. He picked up, got me scheduled for the following day and I was able to pay over the phone. I’ve dealt with a number of gyms for a day pass and normally if the gym is not staffed for that day it is impossible. I highly recommend this gym due to the phenomenal customer service, cleanliness of the gym and the great equipment made available. 10/10
