Came here for the first time today to try out the gym, and it was a solid experience. The equipment looked well-maintained, and I didnβt feel out of place as a newcomer. The atmosphere was friendly, and I didnβt feel rushed or uncomfortable. As a first visit, it gave me confidence that this could be a good spot to build a routine.

It's ok. It's a gym though there shouldn't be ac on and if so keep it at 70 - 72. It gets to cool in there for a gym and annoying

1st time joining and 1st at the gym today. It was great staff was friendly. Only downfall is thereβs only one shower and no real changing area. But other then that it was awesome.

Iβve been going to this gym for about 3 years and it has stayed consistently clean throughout the years. The whole staff has been wonderful and friendly. The gym has all the equipment that you will need to get in shape. Highly recommend this gym.

Good group of people, not just the big muscle weight lifters. Everyone is made to feel comfortable. Great for families with teenagers. Ken (trainer) knows his stuff, takes his time putting together a routine for you, and easily accessible for questions. The hours can't be better.
