I received a colon cleanse with Kelli. I had an idea of what to expect. I was extremely nervous to say the least. I went there and was in the waiting room there were other people there too. It’s very evident who a “newbie” is when they come to see Kelli lol. So I was asked some questions am I nervous (yes) was given an overview of what to expect, their thoughts of Kelli (cool, patient, kind, etc.) and what happens afterward. So my nerves eased a little.
I met with Kelli who gives MORE than just direction of getting on the table… she took the time to ask questions and give information before and after my cleanse.
Now what happens once you’re in the room it’s a solo deal she guides you but once “all systems are go” you’re pretty much on by yourself- when you think about what’s going on in/ down 🤔 there I think it’s safe to say that is an ultimate plus!

I’ve received Colon hydrotherapy with Kelli. I have taken part in kundalini yoga with Kelli and some of the other ladies as teachers; every session/ class I’ve been part of I’m left with a feeling of release, of peacefulness and ease. I’ve never left that studio the same way I came in. The community of ladies and gentlemen I’ve met with my time there has been eye/heart opening. I prepaid for a Friday Yoga class through their website. When I arrived, it was canceled without notification. I tried numerous times to get a refund, but the phone listed on the website didn't answer and the voicemail box was full. 22 days later the owner returned my email and refunded my money after I complained on Facebook. I hope they update their communication system.

I made n appointment was told thats masks were a must from customers as well as employees. Went to the appointment. No masks on employees as well as the staff. I was told to wait in the waitin area where it was the size of a large broom closet. This is after the state mandatory mask requirement. Me n my wife left immediately. Contacted the owner n her response was not everyone believes in the theory. 😞 horrible

Kelly at Pure Phoenix is the best. Love her holistic knowledge in addition to her experience of assisting with the colon cleanses. I elected to have the 3 colon cleanses on the recommended schedule. The space was clean and welcoming as well as relaxing. Kelly explains the process on your first visit after gathering some information about you and then gets you set up in the room and the colon cleanse is actually done in private however she does come in and check on you as well as massage your abdominal area from time to time. After the colon cleanse is completed and you are dressed, Kelly will consult with you again and give you some water with probiotics as well as other helpful information to complete your visit. Professional, private, courteous, informative, assistive. The space is peaceful and gives off good energy.
