Q Fitness is THE BEST! Words can't express how amazing it is to be able to get fit with other queer folks in a safe, cozy, inviting space, and with the best teachers anyone could ask for. The community is wonderful and feels like family, and the classes are super fun and widely varied, from dance to self-defense to weight training, there's something for everyone at any level. Crem and Brittney encourage folks to listen to their bodies closely, and make accommodations and adjustments based on individual needs. The building and bathroom are even wheelchair accessible! Can't say enough good things about Q Fitness, CHECK IT OUT!

I wanted to wait a few months before posting. My wife and I have both been working with Crem and the team at Q Fitness for about 4 months. It has been a fantastic experience and I’m seeing functional improvement daily. I leave each session exhausted but also exhilarated. I travel frequently for work, and can join remotely or do one of the custom workouts that Crem built for me. This keeps me motivated while away. I can’t thank Q Fitness enough for all they do!!

I've been working with Crem online for personal training 3x/week for the past six months, and it’s been a fantastic experience!
Crem has a great balance of being invitational, supportive, and firm—I always feel encouraged to push myself a little more. Crem designs workouts that are challenging yet achievable, and checks in regularly to make sure I'm staying on track. I’ve definitely seen real progress in my overall fitness because of working with Crem. If you’re looking for a trainer who will push you to improve, and still make you feel supported, Crem is the perfect trainer! Highly recommend!

Working remotely with Q Fitness and Wellness has been INCREDIBLE!! For a long time I’ve struggled to consistently work out. The thought of going to public gyms as a trans man felt especially discouraging to build a habit. I sought out this group because I wanted to remove the barrier of leaving my home to become active, and because I wanted my queer identity to be respected. And that is EXACTLY what I’ve gotten out of the ~10 months I’ve worked with Crem!! Her years of expertise shine in each session and I still can’t believe everything my body can do now. She supports you before and after gender affirming surgeries as well, to help you have the best recovery and results you can. I plan to stick with this for a long time! I recommend Q Fitness and Wellness to any of my queer friends who are interested in building their own consistent movement routine! 🌈✨🏳️‍⚧️

Q fitness and wellness has been essential to my physical goals and confidence building over the last year. Crem runs an amazing gym and created an awesome atmosphere. I do personal training with Omayra 2x per week and she puts a lot of thought and effort into the programs she puts me through that align specifically to my goals and aspirations. It’s an extremely welcoming environment where they care about you as a person and client. Group classes are always warm and inviting on top of being a great challenge.

Full disclaimer, I am not an exercise lover. I rather walk. My twin referred me to work out with Q Fitness, with Crem. I reluctantly accepted, but wanted to spend productive time with my twin. Now that I am a member, I get so much benefit from it. It gives me pride to know i worked my body out. And the variety of activities Crem has for us are amazing. I may seem like I'm not happy about them; however they are rewarding to the body. I am in awe of the creativity she has with the workouts and how it affects the body. Basically, I am saying I am enjoying my time, my membership and the extra that comes with Q Fitness. They treat you like family. They have outside entertainment. I just recently participated in "game night". Very enjoyable!!!!!!! I LOVED IT!!!!! So, if you are looking for a trainer, a studio, an all around good place to exert yourself, Q Fitness is it!

I absolutely loved my time at Q Fitness & Wellness. I was signed up for personal training, and worked with the owner, Crem. She has so much passion for what she does, and as a trainer she was a perfect fit for me. As a queer and let’s say plump woman, I was always comfortable, encouraged, and really felt like my training was truly specific for me and my body. Their small group classes encourage participation and teamwork but have something for everyone so that you always feel supported at whatever level you are at. Let me just list some of the things about Q Fitness that I love, and work great for me.
-You get as much attention as you need, without someone staring directly at you while you exercise.
-The classes change all the time, so you won't get bored.
-The teachers keep notes on you, so they can help you with exactly what you need, and keep you challenged.
-And, it's a queer safe space! with no judgements for any weird exercise hangups you have.
-It's also a great deal for small-group classes. Like, a GREAT deal.
-And, finally, I really like the music.

I have had many trainers in my life and had sworn them off. Then I was introduced to QFitness and Wellness. Crem is the perfect balance of intensity, understanding, expertise and peace. She is attentive and cares not just about where you are,but the longevity or your body and you as a person. I have replaced joints so my case takes additional care. This place is fantastic. I've felt safe and welcomed since the second I walked in. Crem and Shaine are both so knowlegable, and friendly. I knew nothing about fitness and both of them have taken the time to teach and perfect my workouts and supported in creating new and better wellness habits. The other members of the gym are also so friendly and I have a blast in our group work outs be virtual or in person. I can not reccomend this place enough!!

I became a full member at Q Fitness and Wellness today, and I cannot say enough good things about the vibe in the space, the support I've received from the staff, and the accountability structure that's in place to help clients achieve their fitness goals!

In particular, I've really appreciated Crem's approach to systematically assessing my strengths/weaknesses and then helping me build on areas where I want to see improvement. As a coach she's incredibly friendly and approachable, and as someone who has never taken a circuit fitness class before, I've really appreciated how welcoming she makes the workout space. It's always a challenge to adapt to a new space/coach, but after just two sessions, I feel right at home, and I'm excited to continue my membership for months to come!

I can't say enough great things about Qfitness!

As a non-athlete with a seditary job, I was looking for exercise options for regular people, not the usual gym scene. I needed guidance on how to start moving, without being guilted into dieting or pushed into high intensity routines I wasn't ready for. Crem asked lots of questions, listened to what I was looking for and created a program just for me!

As a woman over 40 there are constant physical changes that pop up, but Crem checks in with how my body's feeling before every workout, and makes adjustments to ensure I don't injure myself or aggravate a problem. She's even given me specialized stretching exercises to help ease my existing back pains.

This is HUGE for me and it's something you're only going to get from a trainer with tons of knowledge and experience.

If you're looking for a space that's affirming, body positive and capable of adjusting to any limitation or need you have, Qfitness is the only place to go!

(You can even roll out of bed and into your session if you train virtually, or so I've heard. 😘)
