Was introduced to QC Yoga by a friend. I have never been to yoga but wanted to stretch out some more. Now I didn't realize how stiff and hunched over I was. It was actually somewhat painful at first with some of the poses and then you start to ease into it some more and visibly helps you destress. It was a very welcoming place, the instructor even helped me stretch and only after 1 session no kidding, I already felt more limber and relaxed amazing! I plan to swing by again whenever I am in town.

I came in as a walkin because I was in the building. The owner greeted me with such grace. What an amazing place she gave me a free class. During the stretch, hot Yoga and it was absolutely an amazing experience. I loved the fact that she was not afraid of physical touch. Sometimes race can place a barrier between people and she gave me. The most welcoming experience ever thank you so much for being an example of love and light

Wonderful studio and instructors! I love the Hot Deep Stretch with Danielle. This class perfectly balances long and short holds, covers all the major muscle groups, and has a beautifully curated playlist. I've been following the instructor, Danielle, for years because she is one of the best! She provides great cues for poses and correct alignment and gives intuitive, safe adjustments that help me get deeper into the poses. I also love Hot Power with Jen! It's challenging but paced perfectly, and the energy in the room is always amazing.

Just a wonderful experience with teachers that are personable, caring ams hands-on to really give great guidance and a fantastic stretch. We particularly like the deep stretch classes in the hot environment.

Wow. If you are looking for the best yoga studio in Charlotte, this is it.
I followed the owner of this studio from where she was previously and she never missed a beat.
The instructors are beyond talented but one in particular that I love is Dakota. He is an exceptional instructor. His deep stretch class on Wednesday night at 6:45 pm is everything you could imagine. The music was perfect and he honestly guided the class perfectly through the movements.

QC Yoga hosts a variety of classes everyday with awesome and professional teachers! You can find anything in your skill level during the week and weekends, whether you're looking for a workout or just to relax! The studio space is so clean and organized too. The teachers are all so accomodating and friendly too . This is the only studio I go to in Charlotte!

I’ve had such a completely positive experience at QC Yoga. Jenna’s deep stretch yoga class is invigorating both physically and emotionally because she is so intentional about approaching every person in the room as an individual. Jenna isn’t just leading the stretch, but talking us through the mechanics and then tailoring her assists (if OK with you) in a firm and loving manner. In my regular yoga practice, I tend towards introspection. But in this environment, I welcome the interaction between everyone in the room. Be prepared to sweat slowly!

I love all yoga, but was looking for a slow, deep, yin type of a class, on a Sunday morning, to offset all of the lifting I do all week. After searching high and low, I came across QC Yoga’s Sunday 9:30 AM Bliss Class. It where Slow Flow meets Deep Stretch and starts with a meditation. Talk about leaving feeling like a big giant squish! I’m in love with this class, Sarah the instructor, and how I feel when I leave. Thank you! I recommend this class for anyone that wants to ground themselves mentally and physically (or you want to feel like a giant squish - LOL) XOXO

I have been practicing yoga at QC Yoga since shortly after moving to Charlotte, & it's an essential part of my health & wellbeing. Sara is a fantastic teacher, one of the best I've had in nearly 20 years of practicing yoga in various cities incl. Austin, NYC, L.A. & Miami. My favorite class is Bliss; Sara's unique blend of choreography, gentle guidance (physical, mental, etc.), movement & stretching leaves me walking out of the studio feeling truly blissful & ready for the week ahead!
