I’ve been saying in order for me to have a positive progressive life style change I had to find the right person. Coach Williams is very dedicated to his craft. I went in nervous saying I couldn’t do and he encouraged saying it’s ok you can do something. I started at 1 modified push-up (barely) in February 2023, today, May 2023, I was able to accomplish 60 modified push-ups. Having positive words of encouragement also seeing that he works out 3 times a day and sometimes with you drives you to want to be better and change your life style. My workouts have become routine. I’m grateful and my results are encouraging to keep going.

Robert has been training my son 8 year old son for about 6 months now and we can definitely see the results. His strength has improved tremendously. Robert is very professional and knowledgeable about the human body. He takes his time to make sure my son uses proper mechanics during workouts to prevent and eliminate injuries. I recommend RDR Fitness to anyone seeking a dedicated professional personal trainer who will meet them where they physically are and tailor a plan that helps them meet their personal goals.

My son has been training with Coach Williams for 4 months and it's been a great experience! Coach always pushes him to reach new goals and helps train for whatever sport he may be preparing for next. My son always tells me that if he would go to a regular gym, he wouldn't push himself as hard as he does for Coach. He truly enjoys knowing his hard work will pay off! If you want to prepare your child for sports or just fitness goals in general, RDR Fitness is the place to start!

My son has been working out with Coach Williams for several months. We are extremely impressed with his progress and growth. Robert is a very knowledgeable & professional personal trainer. His training produces excellent results. I was able to lose 45 lbs in 5 months as a result of his training and afterwards, I have been able to maintain my weight loss for the last 3 months! He ensures that all muscle groups are worked equally & he introduces different exercises so that you don’t get bored and your body is constantly challenged. I feel better now & I am in better shape than I have been in 20 years. I highly recommend Robert. You’ll get great results and feel better by trusting him with your training!

Great place for youth athletes to learn the proper way to train. There is a emphasis on safety and teaching the correct way to do things. We have been very happy with Coach Williams. My kids look forward to every work out. They speak very highly of him and love training with him.
