Beautiful location. Has over 6 courts for basketball and 2 fields for soccer that I could see. Has a large parking lot with multi tables and benches outside. It does have a snack bar inside. The actual gym location is hard to find if you are not familiar with the park. The gym is location in the far back and up the hill. Definitely there needs to be better signage for first time visitors.

The facility is mostly clean. Weβve come for quite a few tournaments. The courts have no dividers so there are a ton of interruptions to game play. Two things bug me and each one loses a star. First, they charge for parking. Our team paid to be here, our people paid to be on the team, then we pay an absurd admission to watch them play, and then you kick us with $5 extra because you built a parking lot in the middle of no where. The second is the quality of the referees. They are borderline pulseless and uninterested and just want to get the games over. The kids donβt learn and worst case they end up hurt and out of control. Fix those things and this facility is five stars.

A huge complex this is, felt like forever getting to the basketball area which was the only area charging for parking which was strange bc on the day before, we could park anywhere. Crazy how we have to pay to park and then another $20 to get in but this place is huge for no reason bc its still compact.

The sports complex is amazing. The have an abundance of basketball courts and soccer fields. The facility is well kept as well. They have a kitchen and seating area, outdoor seating. More than enough parking. I was there for a basketball tournament and everything was organized well.

RISE is a very good facility.
The gym itself is excellent and offers great value for a very fair price.
However, the overall organization leaves much to be desired. When they host events, it becomes difficult to access the gym, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, they charge members for parking during these events, which I find unacceptable given that we already have a membership.
Another issue is the daily check-in process. Every single day, we have to provide our name, which is quite annoying. It would be much more convenient if they implemented a card, tag, or fob system for members.

Nice and kinda clean facility. Was here for a weekend event. Plenty of parking (kind of). Charged for parking in a dirt and mud lot about 1/4 mile from Event center wasn't very pleasant, be prepared to walk and pay. Toilets for women overflowed and spewed everytime someone flushed, they shut the bathrooms down and called in portajohns an hour later, faculty couldn't handle the crowd, just like the parking "area". Too many events at one time on one weekend. Wrestling and Volleyball, the staff and the facility couldn't handle it.

The seating is an absolute joke. How do you spend that much money building a facility like that and then get the cheapest, smallest bleachers in the world? Parents have to fight for seating just to see their kids play, it's absolutely ridiculous. They charge so much for everything and then can't even provide adequate seating. It seems like a huge scam.

AC doesnt work that well. They have WAY too many events going on at one time so its super crowded, hot, no place to sit or put down a chair. Its a huge money pit. Bathrooms went down. My kid had to use the bathroom by the dumpster. Police barricaded the doors. What a joke of a place. No internet, cell phone signal is bad for everyone and no wifi. Food is run by kids who cant do math and lines are ridiculous. NO OUTSIDE FOOD signs everywhere but theirs was terrible.

Nice facility, but overpriced. We should avoid this place for future gymnastics meets. Limited parking and seating.
Paid $5 for parking and there were almost no spots. Paid $60 (2 adults and 1 child) to watch daughter do gymnastics, but thereβs very limited seating.
To top it off, they donβt allow outside food and drinks after charging an arm and a leg.

This place has tons of parking, very clean and the tournament that we attended was very well organized. I was a little disappointed when I got an email about charging for parking but that went away after seeing the facility. We can't wait to come back next year.

we have been going to play soccer here for over a year and things have always been decent. yesterday we were playing with a basketball and were told by a staff member we couldnβt do so. we gave the ball back and the employee had an off day or his fragility really hit an all time low because he call the copsβ¦ because we gave back the ball? make it make sense. absolutely ridiculous. i donβt know what the hiring process is if lack of backbone is one of them but weird and petty behavior to waste law enforcementβs time on such an honest to god idiotic thing.

Nice complex and very clean. I wish the cafeteria area wasn't where it was located because it causes a lot of cluster where you're first walking in and watching the first 2 courts on that end. But bathrooms are nice and clean. Nice courts. It was hard to see the score boards from many sitting areas in the bleachers on their scoreboard tables.

Bleachers are not adult height, first seat starts at 10 inches so if you are over 5 foot your knees will be to your chest.

My grandson plays indoor soccer here. If volleyball is going on it is very hard to walk through all the book bags to get to the soccer field. Sitting on the bleachers to watch the game with your back to the volleyball courts is dangerous. We have been hit numerous times. I know they try to get as many things going on at one time but the layout is a poor design.

We have only been inside the volleyball/basketball complex. It is very large and clean. Amazingly, it does not have that dirty socks gym smell I have come to dread with most facilities. It actually just smells neutral. So, let your nose rejoice.
The staff is very friendly and professional. My daily is there for volleyball. The coach is amazing.

This facility is equipment with 8 indoor basketball courts and two indoor soccer courts. Handicap parking is available. Parking is plentiful but can be tricky during large events. Normally there is a parking fee and entrance fee to the rise indoor facility.

Quite a mixed use facility. I use it for my aerobics and my wife for their Silver Sneakers class. You can write off the weekends, though. The place is typically jammed with a number of sports tournaments. They also compete with the regional soccer programs for parking. The traffic can be horrific, but during the week, it is not uncommon to have the entire facility to yourself or a handful of others. Great staff, clean, new equipment, and professionaly managed.

Depending on what you're there for it might be a really nice place or not. I'm there for Winter indoor soccer and our experience is meh.
It is indoor soccer, but as nice as this new facility is they poorly planned the indoor soccer space. The fields are extremely small and there are no hard walls separating the 4 fields in play, only curtains. Spectator seating is available on the 2 fields nearest the hardwood courts, not so much the back 2 fields.
Due to the spacing challenges and the facility essentially subletting the fields out to different leagues, there are constant issues with players and families walking through the games non-stop. Facility has no control or care because it's not their leagues, they just own the facility.
The parking planning is great, however they do charge for parking during events forcing many to fill the free soccer facility parking that Rise is abut to. So it creates a number of issues as nobody wants to pay for parking.
This a great venue for basketball and volleyball, nice new floor and equipment.

Excellent facility. We drove from Kernersville on a Sunday morning and were able to shoot around during open gym. Even played a little soccer on the turf. After having a Y membership in which we never got to shoot around, this facility was definitely an answer to our prayers. I do understand that we might not be as lucky next time due to all of the sports starting up but Rise gets an A+ from me this time.
