Riskfit is AMAZING! Cordale is one of a kind. My son has some physical challenges, but Cordale has taken that on with a vengeance. My son’s favorite thing to do is lift and Cordale has shown him proper technique and encouraged him every step of the way. He is showing my son how he CAN overcome any obstacle even though it might look a little different. He seems just as excited to see my son’s progress as he is. I have tried multiple personal trainers and no one compares to Cordale Risk! His knowledge of the muscular system and anatomy is astounding. He doesn’t just put you through an exercise, but explains why, how and what each exercise is intended to do. He helps establish obtainable goals in your fitness journey and at the end of the day treats each client as a friend. He tailors his training to each client’s needs and abilities. 10/10 he always focuses on building you up into the best version for yourself. Attention to detail on each session is worth far more than what you pay for. You essentially get a full session detailing correct form, breathing technique, the specific weights you need, and get a full analysis from day one. 100% recommend this trainer to anyone ready to up their game in the gym

I have been with Cordale for over 5 years now, let me just say if you want to see results fast get with him.
