Now this building is worth my membership. The kiddies don't want to go here. It's an old school heavy weights clanking gym. This is the one to visit for more mature people who want to get in their lifts and move on. There isn't a bunch of kids sitting on one piece of equipment for 45 minutes doing Instagram, chit chatting, or whatever. A wide range of equipment, everything you need and then some. Staff is great, very clean.

Two kids that came in there very frequently got harassed constantly by the owners. They were incredibly respectful and never bothered anyone. Their grunts were barely enough to bother anyone. If they were receiving complaints then it’s obvious those people don’t take working out seriously. I have seen men older than me slam barbells like they’re indestructible, and they continued with no problem. It was very clear that they were targeted from the start. I had spoken to them and they were as nice as could be. To watch them be driven away from the gym was very disheartening

What could’ve been an amazing gym turned out to be a major disappointment. The owner is incredibly disrespectful and was targeting my 17 year old brother for grunting. He was borderline harassing the kid for doing what every other person in the gym does, and that’s making noise when lifting. The first time the owner complained, we fully acknowledged the fact that we were being a bit loud, but there was maybe one other person in the facility at the time, and he didn’t mind it. We immediately toned it down after that. However, things didn’t change after this point. When I was working out alone, the owner came up to me midset and chewed me out in front of everyone for something I didn’t even do. Supposedly ten people had made complaints about my younger brother being loud in the gym. Now, I would’ve accepted this and talked to him about it, but we always work out together AND we record the workouts. We reviewed all footage and we noticed that he was quieter than others in the gym at that time. On our final day there, my brother was squatting (375 for 15 reps) and he started to grunt after the 10th rep. The owner comes up and claims that eight people had complained about us that day. We were ten minutes into our workout… What truly blew our minds at this statement was the fact that only six people were in the gym including us. We made the connection that this was nothing more than targeted harassment. The owner will never confront a fully grown man for making noise, he will only go after a minor. There are men in that gym who will slam weights and treat the equipment with pure disrespect, but he will only go after the kid who’s making noise and NOT breaking things. That’s very Christian of him. I highly advise you look elsewhere if you are looking for a real gym that doesn’t use God to push sales.

Best gym in a 50 mile radius. Let me explain! First off, the owners of this gym are amazing, nice, and personable. They keep a clean and orderly gym, and won’t skip a beat to help you reach your goals. The gym itself is perfect. It has all the equipment needed to grow and see results. From shrug machine to great cable machine chest press. Plenty of dumbbells and cardio equipment. For the younger population reading this, it also has great lighting and quality mirrors. Come check this place out in 2024.
