If it were socially acceptable, I’d have my 34th birthday party here. I am beyond obsessed - with the environment, activities, experience, customer service… Michelle, the owner, cares so much about making this an exceptional party for both the host and the guests.

I’ve done parties at the local park before bc I thought that would be “easy”… never again, it’s NEVER as easy as you expect. You know what’s easy? The Romp n Roll team unloading my car, setting up, entertaining the kids, putting the gifts back into the car… 😮‍💨

And truly, I found this to be incredibly affordable for what it delivered. The value was absolutely there. I can’t believe they even had a custom banner and cute on-theme decorations for our little mermaid party.

Another favorite part was that Michelle took pictures throughout so I could be fully present. Just overall 10/10, highly recommend!

Jiraiya and I truly enjoy our mommy and me class with Ms. Latoya. I love watching him light up when she sings to him, and laugh when he is doing the obstacles course. I seriously wasn’t sure what I was expecting but I was just BLOWN away for our first class - I was then eager to sign up for their membership without hesitation. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place sooner!!

The staff members are so sweet and genuine with the babies! (And this is so important for me because I’m very selective with who holds my baby but I felt very safe with them!) the other parents were also so friendly which made the class that much more enjoyable. I can’t wait to bring my baby back for weekly classes and the open play time on other days!

We love coming to classes here each week! The staff are always welcoming, fun, and so knowledgable. Romp ‘n’ roll was one of the first places we visited when we moved to the US a year ago, and I am so glad we found it. It’s been a great place for me to bring the kids and know that they will be tired out and so well looked after! It is also always very clean throughout, which is a must.

My 3 year old boy has enjoyed various classes - he did summer camp last year too which he loved! It was the first ever drop off he’d done but I felt totally comfortable leaving him in their care, and I watched him grow in confidence. My 8 month old daughter started ‘tumble tunes jr’ as soon as she was old enough. The teachers know the kids so well individually and help each in reaching their milestones. Each class is well designed and delivered in a relaxed space. I couldn’t recommend these lovely staff enough - they are great at what they do.

This was our second class for our 11 month old and she loves it! The instructor, Chalorie, has so much energy and is very engaging with the babies! She makes sure to be attentive to each child and calls them all by name. We love being able to take our daughter here and help her continue to build her social skills and develop! Romp n’ Roll NW Charlotte has been an absolute game changer for our family! We started bringing our daughter when she was just 4 months old—she couldn’t even sit up on her own yet. We absolutely love Romp n Roll. The staff there are absolutely amazing. We started coming when my daughter was 13/14 months old and after a few classes she was walking!

She just turned 2 and is struggling with separation anxiety. I could not recommend there summer camps more enthusiastically. The first day she made it through but was holding on to a teacher when I picked her up. The second day when I came to pick her up, she looked at me like “you’re here already?!”

Romp n' Roll is a wonderful, clean facility with informative and engaging instructors, and staff who recognize your child when they come in! Classes are split into the appropriate age groups. Our daughter is in the Babies Gym and Music with Ms. Morgan, and loves it! Run far away. Customer service is deplorable. I witnessed a white woman with a gold tooth talk to a toddler in such a manner that my jaw was on the floor. Based on previous communications with them that I found “off putting” I had already second guessed coming back but I unfortunately decided to come anyways.. what I witnessed today including a quick overview of some of the “owner” responses to negative reviews solidified my suspicion that whoever runs this place needs a lesson on professionalism. I can't say enough about our great experience here! We had a birthday party for our two kids. The staff was fabulous - they did all the hard work so the kiddos and parents could just play. We had a Bluey theme and they played music from the show, which was so fun! The staff kept everybody engaged, organized, and entertained. I really have no complaints. May 6th we threw our daughter’s 2nd birthday party here. All the kids had a blast with Chalorie. Thank you for making sure the kids had a great time. Unfortunately, leaving 3 stars because tipping has been mentioned to us 3 times. A tip is not mandatory and I felt like Michelle kept forcing it upon us. My husband mentioned to me he left a cash tip (which I was unaware of). Sad because I really liked this place but we will not be returning ever again. If you aren’t gonna tip them for your birthday bash just book elsewhere!

I have read mixed reviews about this establishment and the way management conducts business, and after reading a response(from what is listed as owner) to a review where someone gave them a 1 star, I am beginning to believe the reviews and "word of mouth" are true. I cannot even say how much my 2 year old daughter has improved physically and socially by coming to romp and roll twice a week! It's her FAVORITE place to go and my parents probably love going more than her sometimes! Cannot recommend enough!

Best children's gym in town! We drive across town to come here every week. The facility is well equipped and always very clean. The shinning stars of this place are without a doubt the ladies working there. They are always happy to see us and know all the kids by name. You can absolutely tell they love their job and the kids. My kid has grown leaps and bounds in just a couple months of attendance here. She is very reserved and cautious with any physical activity, but with the gentle coaching and guidance she's coming out of her shell more and more. She now loves going to "gym" and talks about it for days afterwards (and even sings the songs even in her sleep!). We always feel well supported and know that the staff have the best interest of the kids as priority number one. 10/10 would recommend!

My daughter seemed to have a good time however i think the age ranges are very wide. She was in a class with 6-18 months and she is a very advanced 17 month old. It would be nice to have children closer in age in the same classes. The play room was clean and safe. The teachers at patient and active.

I absolutely love this place! My daughter has been attending classes here for over 2 years now. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, especially Ms. Michelle & Ms. Chalorie!! They are the absolute best!! You can see how much they love, and care for the kids. As a mother I couldn’t ask for anything better. The three black young ladies who assisted us are probably the BEST birthday party helpers and kindest people we have ever met. They helped us from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. We recently had our daughter’s 1st birthday here! There was responsive and clear communication about the booking and day of party details from the moment we booked this location. Anytime I called with questions, the staff members were knowledgeable, courteous, and happy to help! On the day of the birthday party, everything went very smoothly. The three staff members that worked our party were very kind, helpful, and inviting! The kids loved the activities. We had a good number of adults and kids and the area was very spacious. COVID protocols were followed as well!

I was expecting a few more things to play with. And we went to an open playtime and it was a little difficult with the smaller children around, the bigger kids aren't paying attention to them and someone almost got rolled, stepped,or crushed. Age appropriate scheduled playtime's are best. But my son had fun sooo five stars.

Incredibly impressed with Romp n Roll overall for classes and parties! We have been going to RNR classes since they opened and I have loved how much the staff cares for all their students. I have seen my children grow and make milestones thanks to the care, curriculum and peers of the gym! I recently had my sons four year old party there and I couldn't be more pleased with home much work I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO! I was able to purely enjoy watching my child with his friends and have the best time with all of them! The staff took care of EVERYTHING from set up to clean up and I was even more impressed with how much FUN and interaction they gave for the kids during the party. They personalized it to meet my son's needs and wants (it was a paw patrol themed party and it was catered to that by the staff). As a mom who only wants to watch their child have fun and not worry about cake cutting and clean up, that's exactly what RNR provides for their birthday parties! I can't rave about this place enough! Between classes, special events and parties, this place has it all!!

My nephew party was at Romp and Roll yesterday, I was extremely disappointed! The young ladies who hosted the party was not kid friendly and unprofessional. The one lady uniform was extremely dirty from head to toe which was uncomfortable like she rolled out of bed without combing her hair (didn’t want her to hand out food to my children). Then while we were opening gifts they were picking up things that was not trash throwing things away saying they had another party. We’ve had parties here before and I’ve recommended this place but NEVER AGAIN! I was taken aback by the whole party yesterday ESPECIALLY by the SCARY party host.

My children love it at Romp n Roll! From our first visit more than a year ago with our oldest, to our first visit today with our youngest, and every visit in between, we’ve felt so welcomed. In fact, my three year old would love it if we could go to “Rompy’s House” every day.

As a parent, I so appreciate how knowledgeable and kind the staff is, and the value our memberships have provided to our family.
