No matter what your fitness goal is Simmons boxing has you covered. Simmons Boxing is the premiere gym in North Carolina. The Coaching staff is has a host of international, national, and local experience to include every major tournament held in the USA, North America, and the World.
Simmons boxing has Olympic hopefuls home grown in the gym. We have many International, National, and State Champions grown in our gym.

I found this boxing gym late last year and after some time was able to stop in, this summer, for classes. It’s dope what Coach Chris has set up to help provide discipline of the sport to young boxing enthusiasts and those looking to get a good workout. This is exactly what I needed to be different from previous exercise regimens. Much love to Coach Chris, and his sons Chris and Norman who are active helping teach the sport and provide encouragement. One love ✊🏿

Really patient and skilled Coach. It's family business and their customer service skills are amazing. 3 months and one of my boys looking forward for competitions. Price is fair. They just moved to new location with bigger gym. Great for kids.
