I am changing my earlier review from years ago, as Snap has improved since going downhill years ago with perhaps previous owners of the business. I have no issues now. The equipment all seems to work, and there is plenty to do there. It's very convenient to work out there now. It is limited by size but should work for most people...

Terrible customer service and the General manager is plain rude when we were discussing a situation he cut me off several times in mid sentence attempting to prevent me from speaking.

They are open 24/7 I get up very early and I don't have to worry about waiting till the gym opens it's clean nice equipment and you're not bothered by nobody.

I am taking this opportunity to acknowledge Snap Fitness and it's general manager, Vince for a fitness gym that is worthy of an excellent rating and review. Everyday I enjoy the quiet atmosphere, clean equipment, and television during my workout. It is a pleasant environment and the equipment is up to date. It was important for me to exercise in a clean environment due to my allergies. In the past, I have joined other gyms, but was greatly disappointed. If you want to improve or maintain your health and well-being, I highly recommend Snap Fitness!

I like that it's not a hustle and bustle type of gym. It's quiet, peaceful and not full of a bunch of body builders grunting and moaning. The manager is ALWAYS nice and personable. The place is always clean and well put together. And, most importantly, they have plenty of weight machines, free weights, and cardio machines to keep me happy.

I took a quick tour of the place before becoming a member. The manager is helpful and has his contact information posted for members to use if they need anything.
The gym itself is clean and has anything that you need in order to experience a great workout

I love this gym! I joined about a month ago and enjoy going! I usually go first thing in the morning and I always feel safe. The manager is super friendly and his always willing to help out. I left my wallet and he went out of his way to get it to me. Great customer service!!!!

Just joined. Easy process of contacting the site manger and he spent half hr ensuring everything was working properly. Gym is very clean with items I can't find at other locations. Looking forward to some productive gym days.

No one is ever at the location. I called for over 6weeks to sign up. Went several times during staffed hours to find no one there. I had a 7 day pass that i could not use due to no management at the location. Office is never staffed. Calls go unanswered.

The gym itself is nice. Management is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life! Our card on file expired so I've been trying to contact them to give them new card information. Going on three weeks now and still can't get anyone. I had the manager on the phone and she seemed to busy to deal with me and said she would call back and never did. Myself and my wife have called leaving 4 different messages. I have written two notes at the gym itself. My key card has stopped working now and it is beyond frustrating. I went during staff hours to try and give them my money and what do you know there was no staff there during the allotted staff hours. It is unfortunate that such a nice gym is ran so poorly.

The gym itself is good (once I finally got in it.) I noticed it a few weeks ago and went by to see the price per month. The door was locked...ok apparently you need an access card to go in. Um but what if you want to talk to an actual person about the gym? I go next door to Fedex and ask why no one is there. The guy there says someone will be there at noon who can let me in. I come back at noon and no one there. I go back the next day when the sign says someone will be there and once again, no one there. Ok so I go online and sign up for the 30 days free and get my access card in mail days later. I go the next day and my access card doesn't work. Lol. This sure doesn't make getting your butt up to go to the gym any easier. I tried knocking on the door but the guy sitting right there couldn't be bothered to come open it. Of course there was no staff there to help me figure out why the access card didnt work either. I am going back today when the sign says someone will be there but I am not sure that means anything. So overall, the gym itself is just fine but very poor customer service.
