Loved it. Took a group of people in and she was able to tailor the workout to each person. Highly recommend Noelle.

Sol Pilates is such a grounded and special space for movement. I feel safe and able to focus on myself and my body when I’m there. Noelle is intentional in her classes and creates the best environment for Pilates.

My first reformer class and it was so refreshing! Noelle is a breath of fresh air and will guide you through the class from start to finish. Such a great experience and cannot wait to return!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Noelle is so incredibly sweet and makes sure you have exercises that build strength without compromising joints, nervous system or skeletal issues (e.g. knees, hips, neck) her whole family works in chiropractic care so she is very well informed to work WITH your body wherever it is at and prevent injury! Best reformer expeirence I have ever had! 100% recommend for anyone interested in trying reformer for the first time, she is sooo patient and one her game for triple checking each student is safe and at optimal position.

The studio is lovely and bright. The real joy though is being taught by Noelle. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She excels at customizing her classes for various levels of experience. She is able to quickly read the students to understand individual needs, and then provide an appropriate level of challenge for everyone.
