I’ve had only a few classes with Alexa and I can already feel a big difference in my core strength. I really enjoy taking her class, she’s so attentive and always helps me maintain proper form. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Highly recommend her classes!!!

Solidcore is a good, challenging workout. The music is upbeat and the instructors are friendly (Nicole’s classes were my favorite). However, every class is basically the same exercises, which gets boring. Also, the instructors don’t really help with form, so I find the instruction minimal. While it’s inspired by Pilates, you can’t call this Pilates (and Solidcore doesn’t but the clientele make this mistake). I find it to be a useful supplementary strength workout for me, but I don’t enjoy it enough to keep a membership. I’ve been loving the Daily Pilates up the street instead.

So excited to finally have a Solidcore in Ballantyne. I have been attending Solidcore for a few months now. I definitely have a love-hate relationship with this place. I always leave knowing I had a hard workout. I only wish that the pricing was a little less but I still let them take my money $$$ :)

I’m absolutely obsessed with Solidcore. You see and feel results so quickly if you stick to it! All the instructors and employees at this location are so sweet and welcoming! They’re so supportive and I love that they have modifications and amplifications as well so all fitness levels feel welcomed and it’s not as intimidating as a lot of group fitness studios. It’s only 50 min classes and even though it’s a low impact workout, you still sweat and get your heart pumping! I’m always sore after these workouts but never “hurting” or “beaten up”. I also love that the lights are dimmed so it feels more chill and vibe-y 💙💙

I took a TLC and Destiny’s Child themed class with my wife here and it was a blast. Our instructor Marina was wonderful and took good care of us. She was encouraging, friendly, and offered a ton of modifications to help some of us newbies.
