This will be my new go to when visiting charlotte for business. I signed up for the signature50 and I’ve only taken lagree and regular reformer classes prior so I 80% get the gist. I appreciate the in depth overview the instructor gave me. Hopefully I wasn’t to much of an interruption since I had never done solid core specifically. I love the format and love the workout. I like it so much better than lagree as well but it also could have just been taylor being great.

As a beginner at Solidcore, I’ve been so grateful for the support and guidance from Sophia and Danielle. They’ve both been incredibly attentive and accommodating to my needs, helping me feel confident and safe in every class. Their encouragement and thoughtful adjustments have made such a difference in my experience.
I truly feel like they care about each client’s individual journey. Couldn’t ask for better instructors to start my Solidcore journey with!! 💕

I have been going to this solidcore location for about 4ish months now. It is the most challenging yet rewarding workout class I have ever taken. I look forward to it every time I go. During class, the coaches doing an excellent job at keeping you motivated through those 50 minutes. I leave feeling accomplished and proud every time (especially double wrap day!) I love taking Mia’s class. She is beyond kind and an extremely effective coach. Mia you’re the best!!

Love Solid Core! [Sweatlana] is awesome. Great for core, obliques and general full body conditioning. Some instructors are better than others, but all classes I have been so far were all interesting and worth the time.

The trainers here are AWESOME! They bring great energy without overdoing it and strike the perfect balance between pushing you out of your comfort zone and providing helpful modifications when needed. They’re incredibly motivating—they hype you up in the best way and make you want to push yourself to get stronger. After just a few classes, I noticed a big improvement in my tone and muscle definition. I highly recommend this place!

I’m a new member of solid core and have fallen in love with the mental and physical challenge of these classes. I love the South Park and south end locations and excited for the 2 new locations coming to the Charlotte area!

I started going to Solidcore back in March through Classpass. I did Classpass until May. I did 5 Starter50 classes, 2 Foundation50 classes, and have been doing the Signature/Focus classes since April! I have completed 60 classes thus far and have loved every single class! I used to weightlift pretty heavy (my max pr for deadlifts was 205lbs) and I feel that Solidcore gives me that same challenge but in a safer way. You use the resistance strings to build your muscle while also increasing your flexibility during each class. It's the hardest workout I have ever done and I love it so much! My personal favorite instructors are Tee, Kimber, Kaylan, Taylor, Rachel, and Sophia! The team teach classes give the most energy and they even do themed classes each month. Highly recommend trying and starting with the Starter50!

Solidcore has been a game-changer in my fitness journey! The workouts are incredibly challenging yet rewarding, helping me build strength and definition without bulking up. I love how every class pushes me to my limits, and the instructors are motivating and supportive. The focus on slow, controlled movements has not only improved my muscle endurance but also toned my entire body. I’ve paired it with cardio and have seen great results, especially in reducing belly weight and enhancing my overall fitness. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get stronger and more sculpted!

solidcore has renewed my confidence!!
I have never loved a workout more than I love Solidcore!! As a young adult I find it hard to integrate exercise into my schedule but Solidcore has been a game changer for my mental and physical health!! My first class I attended was the intro class and then the foundation class and it was the perfect way to get started. I’m now almost on my 50th class and I’m addicted!! I never dread going to a class, even during this early morning alarms for an early class I’m happy to go! I feel strong, confident and so much happier after just a few months of Solidcore classes! I mainly go to the South Park location and absolutely love all of the coaches! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming!! Coach Rachel is my absolute FAVORITE and I book her class whenever I can!! I highly encourage you to just try one class, I promise you’ll be addicted!
Thank you Solidcore !!

I really enjoy Solidcore. I’ve been a member of the southpark location in Charlotte for a year. It’s helped build muscle and I feel stronger. I also enjoy the stretching that comes by doing the exercises. I don’t feel tight or have lower back pain from tennis. I can feel the strength through my core and legs when I’m playing tennis and it has helped my game. I like the instructors.

I’ve done a lot of workouts but pilates at Solidcore, especially with Danielle as a coach, motivates me, challenges me, and I see my progress of strength each class I take. I look forward to going every week!

I was in Charlotte for a week and went to 2 solidcore classes during my trip. I have nothing but positive things to say, the instructors were so welcoming and the class burned so good! Some of the directions were complex for a first timer, but there are enough regulars and it's a great environment that others help you/you can look to them. I did leave time ahead of class for parking based on other reviews, but it wasn't an issue. One of the most challenging workout classes I've ever taken, although it is addictive! Would definitely go regularly if I lived in the area.

Have been an unlimited member for over a year and feel that these workouts have changed my life. I had always put my body through so much high-impact stress thinking that's the only effective way to see results, but I love the Solidcore low-impact workouts and the intensity is HIGH even with slow, controlled movement. I was able to quickly tone up for my wedding last year, and have continued taking classes while pregnant for 5 months now. The coaches are encouraging and they each help me with modifications due to my pregnancy (or anyone else with an injury - they ask before every class). Parking at this location is a challenge but I usually find a spot and worst case, I go behind the building to the mall parking lot by Dillards and it's a short 1-minute walk. Very grateful to find Solidcore!

If you’re looking for a place to work out where they create a sense of community, this is probably not the studio for you. After myself and a number of others were robbed while taking class and no communication or acknowledgement from the studio after the event occurred, I’ve been left with a very sour taste in my mouth.
After sending multiple marketing text messages requesting I increase membership, I asked if they planned to acknowledge what had happened. Their response was quick to point out that it was my own fault for not locking my locker and that they will continue to follow their existing security methods (which failed that day). In their quickness to deny responsibility, which no one had placed on them at this point, they forgot the key part of their clientele: humanity. There wasn’t even a communication via email that they were providing security footage to the police. A simple email saying we know this event sucks but here’s what we will be doing would have sufficed. Instead, they chose to ignore me and others who reached when I asked if they planned to show concern for their clients.
I will note that it was my fault my locker, and accept that it is my responsibility to ensure that it is locked, was not locked but the studio manager could at least pretended to care about what happened to half of a class. Of note, no one was working the front desk that Saturday morning when there is typically someone there at that class time.
At the price they charge for a class, you’d think empathy, or at least the appearance of it, would be included. This has left me wondering whether this is a studio I can continue to spend my money at. Charlotte’s fitness community is small and word will spread quickly about how clients are treated. It’s unfortunate because one of my favorite fitness instructors in Charlotte is a coach there and the workouts are great but I don’t think her alone is not enough to convince me to stay.
All of this comes down to how you treat people is an example of how much they are valued. The management here doesn’t appear to value the 8 of us who were robbed enough to acknowledge.

Solidcore has been an amazing experience & has changed my mind & body for the better. I can’t imagine going back to traditional strength training. Rachel is absolutely amazing & the rest of the instructors are top notch. If you haven’t tried a class yet, book today!

Door lock not working properly. Used the code provided in their Solidcore app several times but still unable to open the door. I get that not having someone at the reception saves you guys $, but this is not the first time I've encountered this issue (sometimes the code would work. It's prohibiting people from getting to the classes they paid for.
