Have really enjoyed the environment and instructors at Solstice. The team is so welcoming and every time I practice here I feel free to take things at my own pace and listen to my own needs.
Note: unfortunately the building is not very accessible.

FLOW SANCTUARY: Light-Filled Haven
Modern heated studio bathed in natural light, with blonde wood floors and minimalist cubbies. Heated, brisk-paced westernized flows end with signature cold towelette savasana. Thoughtful touches: potted plants, natural fiber rugs, and leather accent seating, elevate the pristine space.

Solstice has been a great addition for my daily life. I love the different kinds of classes and each instructor has their own "style" that keeps you on your toes going into each class. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone

Solstice is my yoga home in Durham, somewhere I know I can return for both a solid physical and meditative yoga practice. Naomi offers students a lot of range within varying practice levels, and practicing with her guidance, along with several of the other teachers, has allowed me to slow down and refine my movements to build strength & resilience. Itβs a beautiful, peaceful space with a mindful community. Thank you, Naomi & Solstice.

Great yoga studio filled with great people and great teachers! Naomi, Janice, and Angela are especially SO knowledgeable if you ever want a private class, support on alignment in postures, or have any chronic pain situations, they are excellent folks to ask.

I absolutely love this studio! Not only are all the instructors so helpful and sweet, but the vibe and aesthetic of the studio is so calming and restorative. I always feel refreshed and energized after my classes here and have invited numerous friends to try their 2-week intro deal. As someone who loves working out, this community-run studio is a safe and inviting space to explore my yoga practice.

What a fantastic hot yoga space! Super conveniently located and all of the teachers are incredible! They make classes super accessible and offer lots of opportunities for increasing/decreasing the difficulty of your practice. I have the monthly unlimited pass and it is 100% worth it!

Finding the best hot yoga studio post pandemic was challenging. After trying several in the area, finally Solstice Yoga feels right and has filled my yoga void! Very nice atmosphere. I am so happy to have such an awesome yoga studio close to home!

Best yoga studio in Durham!!! I just moved here and have been looking for my studio and have found it! Naomi has the best flow - itβs challenging and makes you feel good in all the right places. She does fun poses and has restorative components. The studio is super cute with clean bathrooms and a shower. The yoga room itself it heated perfectly and had a great vibe.
Def check this place out!!

My favorite studio in Durham. Solstice is a great combo of mindfulness and demanding yoga practice. Coming from California, I had a high bar for yoga and Solstice is the only studio that meets it.

This was a wonderful yoga experience, even for a beginner like myself! The environment was incredibly welcoming, the space had been re-done and offered a pleasant calmness, and I left the class feeling a lot better. I wish I could start my morning this way every day!

First time doing hot yoga and it was by far the best yoga class Iβve ever takenβ¦I think Iβm a hot yoga convert now. The space itself has a welcoming feeling to it, light, and airy. Also, Naomi was an awesome instructor and the class had a natural flow to it. Looking forward to coming back!
