Soulshine Yoga has become an integral part of my daily life here in Corolla. From Saturday morning’s core fusion class with delightful owner Sarah to vinyasa flow with amazing Teresa and Pilates with spicy Denise, I am continually amazed at the talent and heart-forward philosophy at Soulshine. My personal yoga practice has grown exponentially since joining the studio, and indeed my personal life simply wouldn’t be the same without it. I can’t recommend Soulshine highly enough.

I have had the pleasure of taking several different classes both in studio and on the beach. Every class is a unique blend of kindness, patience and a great workout. All the instructors and various classes have been wonderful. I particularly love the beach morning all levels. Sarah always manages to cue the dolphins to swim by as a reward for your early morning wake up. If you’re in Corolla I highly recommend taking a class!

Sarah is great and always gives your body a relaxing stretch and your spirit an uplifting boost when depleated and your mind a point to refocus your intentions. I attend every chance I get. Don't waste your time participating in any other beach yoga class!

You won’t find a more professional yoga studio in OBX. Classes on the beach, or in the studio. This is a year round operation. Ask for Sarah...she is the best!
