This place is great, Alexandra is the owner and she is wonderful ,she's helpful and will work with you. The gym is up to date, open all the time. If you are committed to losing weight this is a gym for you ; she has programs that she will assist you to help you along your weight loss journey.

Strategy is the best gym ever! As a “young adult” I’ve never felt so safe and comfortable in a gym. I love that it is 24 hours and can only be accessed with a key fob. It’s never super crowded so you don’t have to wait for equipment. All the other members that I’ve met have been super sweet. Alex, the owner, is the best ever! She makes sure everyone is comfortable and happy & always goes above and beyond for her members. She is also super quick to respond with any questions or concerns that might come up. I definitely recommend this gym to everyone!

The best gym there is! For those who like smaller gyms with less people, this is perfect! Alex, the owner, is the sweetest person and she’s easy to contact with any questions/concerns. She has all the equipment you need and more. Definitely worth every penny!!

I spent a long time searching for a gym that truly cares about health and fitness. I feel really blessed to have found strategy when I did they have everything I was looking for the gym is well kept the classes are amazing and the staff is by far the courteous people I know. I wish I would have found this place sooner I’m currently training for a spartan race and for the work that I do and the gym being open 24/7 it makes my life less stressful. You can’t beat the price to become a member I would give this review higher than 5 stars if I could I look forward to coming here every week. Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do sincerely.

This is a great gym with a lot of different resources. Group fitness classes, individual space for working out, lots of equipment, etc. I started a new workout program and was not sure if I would have access to all of the items the program required but the gym had everything I needed- steps, bands, lots of room to walk around, equipment for cardio, etc. I love how I can hit the gym whenever I want, too! My schedule is crazy and sometimes I am not working out until late at night or super early in the morning! Alex is also very knowledgeable and stops to answer my questions when she can about anything health and fitness related, she is passionate about what she does and it shows. The gym has that professional atmosphere without feeling intimidating so I feel right at home there. Definitely recommend for new members.

Strategy has an environment for everyone and a want for all to succeed. My wife and I joined this gym after much deliberation because we had never been members at a gym before. We found Alex to be incredibly respectful of us and encouraging every step of the way. I suffered a shoulder injury in my law enforcement academy and was able to rehab the shoulder back in this incredible gym. Everyone is welcome here and it felt that way, everyday.
