I love taking Lagree classes at SWC! The instructors are so supportive and really take the time to help with form, but the workouts still push me every time. It’s such a great environment—I recommend it to all my friends!

SWC is the place Charlotte has been waiting for. It’s a one stop shop for all things health and wellness. It’s changed my life for the better. The strength and Lagree classes are exceptional and I have never had an instructor who wasn’t attentive and helpful when needed. Everyone should try SWC!

I love this place and recommend it to everyone who wants an amazing workout taught by the best instructors! I’ve taken lagree, boxing, strength, yoga, and stretch class. They also offer nutritional and physical therapy services and those professionals are phenomenal as well. Lagree is my favorite workout that I’ll never get bored of because it’s always a challenge. Strength and wellness is so welcoming and feels like a second home to me.

When I got there I could not walk without pain in both legs . Matt didn't take long before he knew what was wrong . He spent time working on me and relieved pain immediately. He help me work out some exercises and I felt great when I left . He sent me videos of the exercises he wanted me to do when I got back home. I am from Pensacola Florida and I was in Charlotte to visit my son Tyler , Shannon and our 8 month grandson and plus going to sunday's football game. My wife Ginger was already there spending time and she knew the shape I was in so when I got there and saw me my son Tyler called Matt and got me in for the next morning. After my visit there I had a great weekend with very little discomfort. I'm doing the exercises and getting better. So WOW. Thank you Matt.

My favorite place! The staff is incredibly friendly, they pay attention to your concerns, injuries, goals, etc and they really try to help you grown and improve. This is truly a collective. You can Weight train with Jess or Jordan or Gbo, you can do Lagree with Dayron or Allison, Yoga with Daniel, Boxing with Dayron, or mobility with Rachel or Allison. You can also get specialized help with any injury you have - Jordan and Matt are the EXPERTS. I don’t even know how to describe with Jessica does - magic? She has fixed my hormones and gut health… so you can do that. You can truly do anything health related here. It’s incredible. I’ve been a member here for about 6 months, coming from a studio where I was a member for 5+ years and in the short 6 months I’ve been here, I’ve felt more valued than I did there in all 5 years and I’ve completely changed my body composition and improved my health! 100% recommend.

An amazing first experience with Lagree. Had very little idea what I was doing but felt welcomed and supported from the moment I walked in. That’s huge in my book. The class was challenging in a way that you know will transform your mind and body! I will definitely come back… but only after my legs stop shaking lol

I absolutely love the Lagree class at Strength & Wellness Collective! I’ve been coming for a few months now, and I can’t say enough about how much I adore Dayron and Michelle. They both create such a welcoming and supportive environment. What I especially appreciate is how Dayron gives hands-on corrections during his classes, ensuring that I’m getting the most out of each move. He also challenges me every single week, which keeps me engaged and pushing myself to improve. If you’re looking to add something new and effective to your workout routine, I highly recommend giving Lagree a try. Tell them Jalia sent you—you won’t regret it!

YES YES YES! I signed up for the lagree method through ClassPass and I’m so glad I did! I came into this thinking it was like Solidcore and… IT’S BETTER! Michelle is an incredible trainer, her playlist keeps you focused with high energy, and the workout is a monster!!!! I absolutely loved the facility - very clean, spacious, and well designed. And the strength training gym in the back has everything you need. I’m so glad I found this gem and got thee realest shakes ever from this workout! If you are reading this and haven’t booked, don’t be mad when everyone else is ready for bikini season and you aren’t!!! Lol. 100/10.

Strength Wellness Collective is amazing! I recently took their Lagree Method class using the Pilates Mega Reformer, and it was a game-changer for me. As a guy trying Pilates for the first time, I was definitely nervous—I didn’t want to embarrass myself in a room full of beautiful women. But trying this was one of my goals for 2024, so I decided to go for it, and I’m so glad I did.
The moment I walked in and was greeted by Dayron Booth, all my anxiety disappeared. He was welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. The class itself was challenging in the best way, and I was surprised by how much I loved it. My only regret is not trying this sooner! I’m already looking forward to making this part of my weekly routine as I head into 2025. Thank you, Dayron and Strength Wellness Collective, for such an empowering first experience!

Love their boxing and lagree Pilates classes! For boxing, I’ve loved learning form while still getting a working and the lagree classes are unmatched for anything else in clt (tried them all!). The instructors here are amazing and make the hardest workouts so fun! Last thing— they have a stretch specialist, physical therapist, and nutritionist on site and am so amazed by the focus on holistic health here. So happy I found this new gem!!

Tried their boxing class, amazing!!! Got a great workout while still focusing on form. Instructor is patient but doesn’t let you slack. Positive reinforcement vs yelling. Can’t wait to try lagree.
