Strength Through Flexibility is a safe and calm environment for all levels of yoga. Jessica and Clay LISTEN and focus on personal needs. Clients work at their own pace. Because it’s private, you are not self conscious. The schedule is flexible, too. This is EXACTLY what I have been needing for motivation to start MOVING.

Jessica is Amazing, and I love, love, love, her chair yoga program!
Her private classes make me feel alive. Having chronic pain, limited my ability to do much of anything. Jessica's patience, encouragement and various teaching skills allowed me to work toward small goals, which gives me hope and confidence. Her ability to turn my "I Can't do it" attitude into a "I can do it differently" attitude is a true blessing.
Jessica has changed my outlook on life by showing me how I can do anything I put my mind to. She also provided nutritional tips as well as at home techniques I can do between sessions to increase my strength, stability, balance and so on.
She even comes to my house when I'm unable to come to her, which I think is better for some people like myself with disabilities.
Thank you so much Jessica. I can't thank you enough for what you have done for me and my family. I wish all yoga instructors were as passionate as you are, in the over all health aspect and not just yoga. Bravo!

I never thought there would be an advantage to private lessons until using STP. Before, I would go to yoga classes and do what I thought was proper form and feel good. Wow, hands-on, individual lessons make a difference. Jess really helped me learn the proper form to basic poses I have been doing wrong for decades. She even taught me the proper breathing techniques, again, something I have done wrong for decades and no class instructor could really pick up on. Great company and practice.

I love Jessica, the way she takes her time to get to know you and your life goals is amazing.She helps build your body strength and your confidence. She makes you feel amazing as a person and truly wants to help you reach your goal. I was never into yoga 🧘♀️ but when she showed me what it’s all about. It changed my life I’m able to sleep better and relax I truly enjoy it. I’m so grateful to have met her and learn more about my body and health.thank you so much and can’t wait til next session.
