Mike Vita, PT, has saved my withering body on countless times. He has assisted and helped me overcome back pain, hip pain, wrist pain, shoulder pain...you name it, he's fixed it. I would definitely recommend him for any kind of rehab. He's super knowledgeable, friendly, and doesn't scold when you forget to do your homework :)

I started at Studio Revolution to help get rid of some extra baby weight but I've gained so much more than the weight I've lost! I have a new understanding of my body and its strengths and weaknesses, helping me perform better as a whole. Training at SR has also helped me become better at things I love to do (like yoga!). Now, know how to fire muscles I never really even knew I had! The personal attention and detail that goes into each workout is truly amazing and I am so glad to have found Richard and the SR team!

Studio Revolution is a fantastic place! Their group workout sessions made me sweat in ways I never had before and I've been lifting since college. The workouts are so comprehensive that I began to question my entire fitness regimen prior to SR. They also helped me with my flexibility and cardio-stamina. Overall, I highly recommend SR for someone who is already in decent shape but looking for something to push them over the top.
