Adli is a well rounded coach and trainer. If you’re a professional athlete in need of a S&C coach who’s going to take you to the next level or if you’re just trying to stay in shape, Adli should be your top pick. He’s is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable coach. I’ve been dealing with a knee injury for the past month and in each class, Adli challenges me and helps me become stronger without putting me at risk for reinjury. I am 100% satisfied with Adli’s program.

If you are looking for a quick fix - this is not the training for you. However, if you want training that is specific for YOU, your body and you are willing to be consistent over time - then you will be excited for every training day! Adli is extremely patient and thorough - tailoring every workout to support and improve your overall strength + mobility. Absolute BEST personal trainer I’ve ever had!

I came to Adlie just 3 months ago, in need of a high level Strength and Conditioning Coach to enhance my MMA training and Pro competition. In the those 3 months, I have jumped leaps and bounds in my performance in the sessions. My progress has been both evident to myself and others in my sport specific performance, as multiple coaches and training partners have complimented my improvements in athleticism, endurance, and body composition. Adlie works with combat sports athletes, but also works with people who are just trying to build a more capable, injury proof body so they can live their best lives.

It’s clear that Adli is passionate about continuous improvement to his training techniques. He has a deep understanding of biomechanics, physiology, and exercise science. As a former professional athlete himself, he’s acutely aware of injury potential brought on by each sport’s demands and adapts each training block per athlete to promote injury avoidance alongside strength, mobility, and raw power output. Before Adli I was strong during a portion of the ranges of motion I find myself performing when I play hockey or jiu jitsu. Adli has the rare combination of being a very thoughtful, creative, and detail-oriented trainer while also being an exceptional martial artist. That has allowed him to craft workouts that are geared specifically towards strengthening my weaknesses and bolstering my strengths as a competitive jiu-jitsu athlete.
Previously, I was constantly getting injured doing Crossfit workouts that were meant to be “tough” but were just arbitrary. I lost weight, sure, but these workouts also resulted in painful repetitive stress injuries without increasing my functional strength as a jiu-jitsu athlete.
Adli’s logically structured training plans and his constant focus on form has made random training injuries a thing of the past. I was pleasantly surprised when a friend recently complimented me on excellent deadlift form while moving some heavy equipment. Effective strength with good form has now become second nature thanks to my training.
If I hadn't discovered Adli, I would likely not have been training at all. The combination of injury-free, tailored workouts, amiable atmosphere, and gentle accountability have kept me going back for 8 years now, even when life has intervened and I’ve occasionally had to reduce the number of weekly sessions.

Adli Edwards is a trainer with a great personality. He develops a plan to fit the training to the goals you set and individual needs of the body. To achieve the maximum benefits of the work out, Adli gives thorough attention to the details of the performance of each exercise and limits the repetitions of each set for purposes of quality and safety. His knowledge of muscle anatomy helps to adjust the exercise appropriately. He is a five star trainer.
