I went to a spin class here while I was visiting Swansboro (they had the only spin class in town) and it was so fun! The instructor was great and they have a nice dark spin room - I can’t speak to any other classes, but highly recommend the spin!

So the owner of this place wants to get a lunk alarm. You must treat it like a library when he's in there working out. If you have any high school-aged kid(s) that you pay a membership for, they had better work out alone. God forbid they try to better themselves in the gym. Honestly, if he can't stand some kids working out together then he should close it down so only he can use it. I haven't complained about the barbells being bent or some of the equipment being poorly maintained. I understand wanting to save some money here and there.

This is the best gym in the area for any age. The gym owners are friendly and treat you like another member of the family. Everyone is friendly and helpful from the experienced gym goer to the novice. The gym equipment is well taken care of and fractionally new. The gym space is open and there is plenty of equipment to choose from, not mentioned numerous classes available during the week. The membership deals are very reasonable. I couldn't have found a better gym!

I arrived with my friend that is a member at 6pm and talked to a “staff member”and he said we were good to work out. Go to stretch, not even five minutes go by and the owners show up in a fit of rage. I’m not sure what is going on with that business but it’s the worst business experience I’ve ever had. It’s nothing fancy either they act like it’s where Ronnie Colman train. The owner definitely on the extra testosterone.

No frills real gym. Personally managed by owners who also workout with you. This is the only place to join to have good people that aren't gym jerks. Every one that works out here is nice and friendly too.

Great place to go to get in shape. Had plenty of activities too. Even for an old guy like me. The even have programs for the Silver Slipper group. Highly recommend.

6 Stars in comparison to all other gyms in the area. The equipment is modern and clean, and there is a childcare area with staff available while you get your workout in for children over the age of one. I dig the friendly atmosphere here, the rates are awesome, and it truly feels like membership fees are being used to continually enhance our experience.

Clean, not crowded, with a good selection of equipment intelligently placed in a small space. Good music selection and few distractions. I use this gym while on vacation and I wish my hometown gym was more like it. This is what a gym is like when management thinks and pays attention.
