This is the nicest gym I have ever been to! You should check it out! Not only is it in a fun location, has the best workout equipment, and coach Casey will keep you on your toes. She keeps you sweating, laughing and getting stronger at the same time.

I’ve been going to Sweat Method for 3 years and it’s the best because it keeps me going! The people are so great and 30 min workouts are so doable. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and still working out, and Justin and Thomas have been so great in helping coach me with modifications that I can do while pregnant. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone taking their class is comfortable and performing at their best. Couldn’t ask for a better gym and I’m eternally grateful to them!

The best workout classes in Charlotte! Halle and Justin are phenomenal coaches and make each class unique and personal. Classes are hard and you'll definitely sweat, but have some fun while doing it. They also put a lot of effort into building a community for their members, so its a fun and social atmosphere where you can get to know people easily. Highly recommend checking out SM!

I’ve been attending Sweat Method classes for a little over a year now, and I can’t say enough about the trainers and the workouts. In just 30 minutes you’ll have your heart rate up, a good sweat on and be pushing yourself like you never have before. The trainers are great at providing individualized attention and keeping the vibe positive and high energy. This gym is definitely worth a try!

Sweat method has changed my life. For YEARS I was in and out of trendy diets, going to a gym not feeling motivated enough to put the work in and justifying my long hours and little sports activities as enough of a toll to not work out. I hit a breaking point after covid hit. I was home, eating like crazy, no real physical activity, and in a terrible mental state. I started classes with them out doors and was hooked instantly. Not only was it a killer work out but I was instantly surrounded by people who pushed me and cheered me on, and didnt treat me like just any old person walking through some gym doors but as a person they wanted to help. The culture at this place is second to none. I've surrounded myself with some of the most amazing people and consider myself extremely lucky that Halle and Justin kept pushing me to give them a try. Its more than just a gym its a community that has made me stronger physically but mentally as well. Forever grateful for this place!

I walked into sweat method in the worst shape of my life. As a teacher I spend all day motivating and somewhere along the way I forgot to motivate myself! If you can relate, Sweat Method is the fitness studio for you! The instructors are knowledgeable and it is so obvious that they care for the people who take their classes. They go above and beyond to welcome you into the studio and motivate you during the workout. The music is always pumping and I leave feeling better than I did when I walked in.

I’ve been going to Sweat Method since July of 2020 and it’s become a staple in my workout routine! The workouts are unique and challenging each time I go! What I love the most besides the awesome instructors is the fact that I can get a high impact workout in 30 mins that works with my busy work schedule! Sweat Method has totally changed group fitness for me! The trainers know you by name and truly make you feel so welcome and seen. Not only do they motivate you in class, but there’s also the other members who bring this energy to the workouts and it just encourages you to give your all. These 30 minute workouts are perfect for my schedule and I leave class feeling totally gassed but so strong. Justin and Halle have built such a great community and hire the best trainers (shout out to Kim Simpson!) and it’s something you absolutely need to experience if you haven’t taken a class yet.

I’ve been a sweatmethod lover since may of last year. When they opened up to workout outside and following all CDC guidelines - I haven’t left. I feel like I’ve been surrounded with so much more than a workout. We get tips, lessons and the best coaches ever and gained lots of workout buddy’s who constantly push me/ They often remind me to push myself but to love my self even more, regardless if I crushed it or I just showed up.
Some people might think a 30 minute workout is not enough... think again, and give them a try. I love sweatmethod.

Sweat Method is by far the best gym in the CLT area. Halle and Justin are SO personable, knowledgeable and motivating. They know exactly how to push you past your limits and make you feel like you have become a better version of yourself each time you walk out of their doors. Even throughout the pandemic, they continued to accommodate their customers’ comfort levels and do everything they could to still give us a safe place to sweat. They are always switching up the workouts and the HIIT and LIIT classes are the perfect balance. And of course, the music is always on point!!! I could never explain how much Sweat Method and everybody here has meant to me. At Sweat Method you are more than a number and truly part of their family. I quickly became addicted to these classes! Amazing!! I have been going since they opened. They have continued to improve their studio since opening, which is amazing for such a new business.
Since COVID hit Charlotte, they were so generous to offer free instragram live classes (usually multiple times a day) after closing their doors. Since they are not able to reopen, they got creative and starting offering outdoor classes in their parking lot. What a great way to keep us fit and safe!!

Sweat Method is more than a gym - it is truly a community. Halle, Justin, and Stephannie lead the team and are always so welcoming and ready to check-in with you when you arrive. Right now during COVID, they are offering classes outside all day and allowing us to move while staying safe (sanitizing equiptment between classes, providing hand sanitizer and wipes, keeping the mats 6 ft apart). It’s been great a great outlet to have group classes again during these times! Can’t wait for my next FiiT class again!

I was in Charlotte for a month for work up from Charleston. Was looking for a hot flow studio. I found Sweat Method in Class Pass and decided to drop in. I popped in to Lindsay’s Thursday night class and immediately knew I found the right place for me! The flow was hot and a good pace but most importantly you could tell Lindsay led her practice with her heart. This is especially important for newcomers because her practice projects a calmness in the movements that helps build confidence on the mat. This is my new home away from home. 12/10 Dope Yogis recommend Sweat Method.....

I tried my first class here last night, Sweat Fusion. It was the perfect level of intensity for those that are looking for something challenging. I tend to stay away from classes that are so hard that, you feel like you can't keep up or are being yelled at. I felt challenged but also supported to take breaks as-needed. Ashley was such a great instructor too. This is a great studio, super cute too! Love what they are doing; can't wait to come back!

Shorter classes (50 mins) same price ($20). The space is nice but I am looking for great yoga and, well, I am going to go to a place where I get a full 60 mins. That may not be what your are looking for just know you are paying the same for a shorter class (than the standard in Charlotte).

Courtney's Saturday Class is incredible. Most studio's I have been too have very similar flow's, but her class is unique, challenging, and so rewarding. She will keep you on your toes- literally- not knowing what pose is coming next, but always helps and demonstrates with ease. I have never been so excited to get out of bed on Saturday to get to this class. The only thing i wish is that she taught a few more of these classes throughout the week! Must try.
