Maybe if you spent more time fixing the gym than starting drama on facebook you could run your gym. You would always make negative posts about Tammy Crowley. You were talking junk about her food program. "I don't have to get in the kitchen and cook, I'm a real athlete." So aggressive and so hostile, but in real life cannot confront people. When Paula Crowley was having her bikini completion you had a powerlifting meet that same day. You posted talking junk about what paula and her fellow gy members were doing. You said "I dont have to prance around in heels, im a real athlete. Did you not used to do bikini competitions just a couple years ago. What a hypocrite. I find it funny how Lindsey is always starting drama with people that do not entice her and then run away and cry victim. I feel like The attic closing down is some form of karma. When you treat others bad it always comes back to get you. All the messages you sent to gym members accusing them of letting others into the gym. "Me and Jason saw you on the camera and....." A lot of people that respected you left to join other gyms because you they could not tolerate your nasty attitude. You start drama, cry wolf, and post it on your facebook page so you can feel some since of false security. For you to have to talk trash about other business and women repetitively is an indiction that you have some personal issues or insecurities within yourself you need to resolve. You're in your early 30's, but you have so many wrinkles from frowning all the time you look like a big trannny granny. All the ugliness from your personality is showing in your face. Lindsey has disabled reviews because i gave her a negative review desrrbining the issues she states: such as cleanliness. Which is why you can't stay in business. It has nothing to do with lack of time. You are so passionate about athletics and fitness, but you can't stop running your mouth at people. I believe Lindsey uses her police officer husband as some crutch to get away with her behavior. How can you be a worker of the community with such a hateful heart? Lindsey is truly a bad person with a bad personality.

The owner of the gym, Lindsey has a negative attitude. She does not respond to messages regarding cancellation or refunds. In addition, I was a hardcore lifter at this gym. Lindsey would write negative comments on my photos such as "Good job, but you didn't really squat low." She even made posts putting down my vegetarian lifestyle.

Lindsey is a former bikini competitor. On her facebook account she screenshots posts from other gyms in the area so she can say negative things. Lindsey disabled reviews from her page to prevent me from leaving my bad review.

Outside of the major personality flaws and insecurity of Lindsey. The gym itself is disgusting. There are only 2 treadmills. I saw a bloody pad on the toilet. There is no tissue or napkins in the restroom. When I left a review stating these issues on The Attic Facebook page, my review was removed and Lindsey removed the ability for people to comment.

Lindsey Rowland is a very nasty lady and her attitude is negative. It is not worth your time or patience to do business with this lady. She is vindictive. She likes to entice situations and then cry victim. Her husband is a police officer and she uses this to her advantage to manipulate situations.

People are your customers. If you have no people skills then you should not be working with others. There are better gyms that are clean and have friendly staff. Good thing this gym is closing. This is Karma for Lindsey putting down other gyms instead of taking care of her gym and being nice to customers.
