I have been coming here for about a year now and it has helped me to maintain muscle mass with quick and efficient workouts that are easy to commit to with convenient times, and fit in my day. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, the equipment is effective, and progress is easy to track.

I love the small intimate setting of the studio. I'm always greeted with a smile from the trainers. They encourage you throughout your workout and they celebrate your successes with you. It's easy to commit to this exercise program. I only have to come in twice a week for a 20 minute session each.

I really appreciate the owner who has listened to all my background as a senior citizen with health and orthopedic issues. Took me a while to be able to get going with Exercise Coach. While he was away on vacation and I was new to the routine, he sent me texts to see how I did. He was also there on my first visit to make sure that he knew everything and could advise the other trainers. I like that it is only 20 minutes and it gets progressively harder. I am starting out very slow and feel like I am in good hands. Told all my doctors, nurses and others about you guys as it is a great thing for someone such as myself. It is not suitable for me to be on my own in a gym right now. I like the smaller studio as I am immunocompromised. Very grateful to have come across this on my computer somehow!

Becoming a weak female was a real concern to me at 68 yo. Because of an old shoulder injury from lifting weights which I did not seek medical attention for, the weakness became a reality. After 4 weeks of strength training, I am 50% stronger! Performing simple tasks is easier now such as lifting a mattress to place a fitted sheet, lifting the 34 lb bag of dog food as well as lifting my cast iron Dutch oven. Due to increased strength, my stamina is also much improved. The staff customized a workout for me based on my orthopedic issues. Love the fact the work outs are only 20 minutes long as well! Highly recommend.

I am a 62 year old wife and mother of 3. Starting Exercise Coach in February my cholesterol was dangerously high; sugar levels were within 1/10 of a point from Type 2 Diabetes; and my blood pressure was within the range that my doctor wanted to put me on meds. And - after most of my life as a lean, active person - for various reasons we all face: huge family stresses, a late in life twin pregnancy and menopause - added 70lb to my frame.

After TWO MONTHS with Exercise Coach I went back to my doctor. My cholesterol is ONE THIRD of what it was. My Sugar is almost within normal range, and my doctor said that she thought if I kept on this program it would come down. I’ve ’only’ lost 15lb, but it is slowly and steadily going DOWN, not up as it had been. She asked “WHAT have you been doing? I’m going to recommend it to all my patients!” She was astounded at the results of my health markers with two months.

That said - my blood pressure was still high and she said that might not come down in this program alone. Guess what? Last week my blood pressure came down a couple of points!

It sounds crazy - 20 min 2x per week - but it works! Ya gotta do most of the nutrition plan too, but that wasn’t hard for me bc I mostly eat pretty healthy. Cutting out that white starch and sugar is key. Try to follow the nutrition book. I still enjoy my wine. I hit my plateaus w the weight - but my health numbers are KEY!

PS: Over the years I’ve tried everything. Cycling. Yoga. Calorie counting. Keto. I’ve been the oldest person in BootCamp. I can still run 2 miles. None of that works for my life. I have had to learn the hard way, that unless it’s something I can incorporate easily, I cannot sustain it in my life. This is the only thing I’ve found for my age that seems sustainable and gets results. I am stronger, feel stronger and that makes me happier! I really think that it has to do with your muscles being the engine for balancing your system. It’s slow, but it works and for me it’s sustainable.
