Jerry and his friendly staff are helpful and making me come back for a twice a week intensive workout. It works for me, since having a schedule means motivation to go. Results are great, feeling stronger and my lower back hasn't caused problems since.

I already exercise on my own but I am sure these targeted resistance exercises are going to increase the strength in my muscles and bones. After a certain age one has to do whatever is necessary to not only maintain independence but have quality of life.

I really love the Exercise Coach at Huntersville, NC. It's easy to get a time slot to come work out and they are very flexible if you have to make changes. The staff there is awesome too! Love the dedicated 20 times to get a great workout! :) It's like nothing else I do ... .and over and done in TWENTY minutes!

I’ve been going to Exercise Coach since 2020, and they are still my favorite place to exercise. Their trainers are all so friendly, and despite the quick 20-minute format, they take the time to get to know their clients personally.
Working out has been a part of my weekly routine since I was in my 20s, and I’ve done a few types of routines, including high intensity kickboxing, interval training, and yoga. When I injured my shoulder after two years of kickboxing, I knew I had to make a change.
Exercise Coach’s format is surprisingly effective. You really don’t have to sweat buckets to achieve your goals! Strength training has helped me tremendously, and I’ve seen a dramatic change in my body as a result.
When I started at Exercise Coach in Sept 2020, I wanted to lose weight. With a change in my diet (i.e., eating better, and most importantly, eating smaller portions)—combined with strength training at Exercise Coach—I dropped 45 pounds in 10 months, and have kept it off after all this time.
The environment is also fun, with clients chatting together during the workout. It makes the 20 minutes go by very quickly! They are a bit expensive (especially compared to the Rec Center), but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've been going to The Exercise Coach in Huntersville for 8 months. I love the staff. They are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I feel the difference and strength in my body and my back pain is gone. When I started, I had a knee pain from an old skiing injury. They worked with me and made accommodations for my knee. The pain has resolved, and I can now do exercises I couldn't do when I started. The personal service keeps me going back. Thank you!

I started coming because I wanted to invest in my own health and work on building up strength. 20 minutes, twice a week, is entirely doable. The studio is easily accessible, always clean and inviting. And I really like everyone I have worked with here! You have to put in the effort, but each of the trainers is just the right amount of encouraging and challenging. I’ve only been going about six weeks but already think I am seeing a difference. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re thinking about it.

The Exercise Coach was one of the best training experiences I’ve had. You don’t realize it but you get a full workout in 20 minutes and see results quickly. The staff was very friendly and the facility is clean and comfortable. This is the perfect gym for 50+ people who don’t want to stress their joints and achieve optimal results.

I'm fairly new, but love the one-on-one attention. I'm still amazed by the commitment of only needing 20 minutes twice a day, but coupled with weight watchers, I am really seeing results (10 pound loss in one month and toning for sure).

I love the machines here, and how they provide data showing your improvement. I discovered that since working out there for 20 minutes 2X per week, I improved my back strength by 110%, my shoulder press improved 36%, and my leg press improved 108%, which is fantastic since I was coming off of an ankle surgery. The staff are so much fun, and so helpful, and the gym is extra clean. Just a great experience, and I look and feel much more toned.
