Travis is amazing to work with! He’s extremely knowledgeable about both nutrition and fitness. He personalizes each workout to fit your specific needs and body, and takes the time to explain how every exercise targets certain muscles so you understand exactly why you’re doing it. I had worked out at The Fitness Garage for years. Great training, updated and clean equipment, and friendly atmosphere. No matter what your goals are, there is a plan for you and nutrition plan provided if desired. It’s a very motivating and friendly/fun environment. All at a very fair rate. Highly recommend!

Travis transformed me from an amateur gym-goer to an NPC bikini athlete with the only focus being on me and my goals! The family atmosphere and friendships developed within the gym cannot be beat. His goal is to motivate, educate and encourage you to be the best version of YOU and to reach YOUR goal which is different and unique to each person. He's transformed lives and not just for one day or one show... long term. He provides the education, resources and tools to allow sustainably to ensure you prosper long term.
While there is no cost that can be placed on good health, I promise you- you will not find a more affordable personal trainer, which speaks volumes for his motivation which is clearly helping others!

I can't say enough good things about the Fitness Garage. If you are on the fence about finding a personal trainer, there is no need to look any further. Fitness Garage has all the equipment you need to start tackling your fitness goals, but what really sets this place apart is Travis.
He is an expert when it comes to weightlifting. Regardless of if you are a beginner or experienced lifter, he will make sure you are using the proper form to maximize your results and avoid injury. He is always giving you tips and tricks to improve your technique which makes each session feel like a learning experience.
A great part about training with Travis is that he will tailor everything you, including a dietary plan to achieve your weight loss goals. If you follow the plan, it is impossible to not see progress. He has the ability to adjust things on the fly and is constantly throwing out new tips and tricks to keep you on pace.
The fitness garage has an awesome gym atmosphere and community with a tight knit and supportive group of people that are all working towards their own fitness goals. It truly feels like family here and you wont find a better place.
As long as you are serious about your goals and want a trainer that will work with you every step of the way then Travis is your guy. I have become stronger, healthier, and more confident thanks to his guidance.
