My two year old loves the little gym and the staff there. Everyone is helpful when I needed to change her schedule and supportive. I did choose this gym for her 3RD birthday party, the two girls assigned to decorate and set up the room were more than amazing. They were quick to help when needed with serving the kiddos and cleaning up spills. They engaged the children in positive play while everyone respected each other. Very confident of this business, will book again in the future.

We enrolled in their summer camp program for a week this summer and it was great! Mr.DJ is so kind with the kids and understanding of all needs. My daughter is low-support needs neurodivergent and has trouble with transitions, he and the team were patient and helped calm her when she became disregulated. She also came home every day excited to have gone and said she wanted to return the following day.

On our last day, as we were leaving, Mr. DJ was speaking on the phone. He asked the person on the line to hang on just so he could say goodbye to my child. This is the kindness and care the team put into the kids. Thanks little gym! We will be back ☺️

Solana & I love the little gym! All of the staff I’ve encountered has been nice, welcoming & understanding. My daughter is Deaf and to see Ms. Kylie (hope I’m spelling it right) learn some sign language for her was heart warming. I really appreciate that. I hope sign language will/can be incorporated into the sessions in general. That would help even more. There aren’t any spaces that are accommodating or inclusive for D/HOH kiddos. So the strides Kylie has taken to learn some sign language is appreciated. I hope this becomes a thing. Perhaps this could be an opportunity for other Deaf/HOH kiddos to be involved in extracurriculars with access to language. Solana enjoys her time at her sessions every week! Out little girl grew up here, and it was her happy place! From age two until we moved away when she was six, she came to a place of fun and supportive coaches! So many birthday parties and so many classes entertained her. She always emerged tired and happy. As parents, we enjoyed a bit of a break from childcare, got to know some long-term adult friends, and knew that our girl was learning life skills beyond just athletics. There are not enough words to describe TLG Greensboro! We started with my oldest in the Super Beasts class as a way to burn energy and stayed long past that! Both of my daughters not only learned gymnastics, but they formed friendships and lifelong bonds with instructors who coached them with respect and enthusiasm. This was not just an hour of fun for my girls each week, but truly an hour of social-emotional wellness and physical fitness. We sadly had to relocate and move gyms, and when my daughters showed up for a placement at the new gym, both placed in intermediate classes because of the dedicated instruction they had received in their time at The Little Gym! Mr. Andrew, Mr. DJ, and Mrs. A (among so many others) have made a lasting impression on my children, and for that we are forever grateful for TLG Greensboro!

The staff is knowledgeable on how to keep your child engaged, try new skills, and conquer challenges during class. We love the little gym! The teachers are absolutely hands down the best. My daughter takes dance class here and she loves it. She looks forward to seeing Mrs. A there every week. We are always early, but Mrs. A goes out of her way to spend time with my little one and it means the world to her. She really tries to make meaningful connections with each kid. I’m amazed at watching my daughter’s skill set grow so rapidly here with learning half dance and half gym in her weekly class. All of the teachers are so patient and kind with the kids. They really understand how to keep them interested and involved. The place itself is clean and well kept. It’s great that they include the parents in activities and let them watch all of the classes. It’s hard to find good places for kids that are all around good, but the little gym is great! I feel safe with my kids here because I know they are in great hands. Thanks to all of the employees here who have made an impression on my child’s life we are greatful for you!

Their website is misleading in terms of accepting new children. Upon arrival, their staff was rude and unwelcoming. Myself and my child left disappointed with the service we received and will not be returning/recommending to other parents. Such a shame because I’ve been to other locations and it was great but the staff at this location was rude to me and my child.

We've been attending The Little Gym for almost 7 months now, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. Since starting, my daughter has truly blossomed. When we first came, she was hesitant, crying during forward rolls and clinging to me. I even considered not returning because she wasn’t enjoying herself. But now, every time we arrive, she’s filled with excitement and enthusiasm, eagerly participating in every part of the class. She’s gone from crawling, crying, and clinging to running around the gym, confidently exploring, and becoming more independent with each session.

Mr. DJ has been an amazing part of this transformation. He goes above and beyond to create a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment. He connects with the kids so well and is excellent at explaining what they’re working on each week. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for him—it’s something he genuinely loves, and his passion shines through in everything he does.

My son has been attending weekly classes for two years and all of my nieces and nephew have been going for about a year. We love love love the little gym. My son looks forward to it, has a blast and learns so much. He learns body confidence, social skills, improved balance, and so much more. He has learned tricks like forward rolls and is working on his hand stands and cartwheels, but it's more than just gymnastics. The teachers here are genuinely kind, attentive and encouraging. It's such a positive, uplifting environment, which is really important to me as I want him to build a wonderful relationship with movement, exercise and sports. Seriously, we are so thankful for all of the little gym team!

We absolutely love The Little Gym! Our little one does not attend daycare or preschool yet and we were looking for an activity to get our child around other kids. This is perfect! We started in the parent and child class for a few months then moved up to preschool class and the improvement socially and athletically that we have seen in our child is mind blowing. The instructors are so fun, caring, patient and intentional. If you have to get on the waitlist, do not be discouraged and wait it out because this is one of the best decisions we made for our child. Big praises for instructors Mr. Andrew, Mr. Ty and Ms. McKayla. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable and fun activity for your child.

I didn't care for it.I thought they had beef brisket as I don't eat pork. No big deal, ordered a garden salad which was pitiful. Big metal bowl with lots of lettuce, carrot shavings and some cheese sprinkled on top. Very disappointing, but I eat ice and the ice was great.

We have been bringing at least one of our children to classes at TLG for the past 7 years. The instructors are great with kids, have wonderful personalities, and are generally just a pleasure to be around. My kids look forward to attending every week, especially if Darius or Corbin are teaching. Mr. Andrew and Mr. DJ and super helpful and always willing to answer my questions. Our family loves The Little Gym and all they do for our two kiddos! Our daughter is 7 and is really doing well with her tumbling skills. Our son has low muscle tone and The Little Gym was recommended to us to help support his physical and occupational therapy. He loves it! DJ is phenomenal with the kids and takes extra time with each student depending on need and support while meeting each child where he/she is at... we were initially in a class that didn’t work well for or schedule and it was incredibly easy to switch to a different class that met our scheduling needs.
