We’ve been attending The Little Gym for the last month, and our 14-month-old little boy loves it! We have seen a lot of progress in his confidence walking and climbing, and he has so much fun every class! Ms. Hilary is an awesome teacher for these toddlers - she is so patient and warm, and follows each child’s lead to meet them where they are that day. The class has just enough structure to give the children routine, and also lots of free rein to explore. It’s been so fun to watch him (and other babies who have just started attending) become more comfortable practicing the skills and becoming more independent. We’re so happy to get to bring our son to play and learn at The Little Gym!

My son started Little Gym as soon as he started walking. I thought it would be a good way to build his balance and coordination but it ended up being far more than that. By the time he started school at 2 years old he already had experience listening to a teacher, following instructions, taking turns, awareness of others, and his confidence soared! Every class is a little different with a lot of the same overall structure. The kids have the option to participate in the activities or freely explore the gym. We’ve also loved all of our teachers and my son lights up when he sees them.

I have had the honor and privilege of being able to DJ for The Little Gym for several of their events over the past few years (Trunk or Treat's and Daddy Daughter dances) and have seen all of the efforts that the teachers have put into getting these events to happen. My daughter has been attending the little gym since she was just over a year old. She started in the parent/child class with Ms Hilary, then with Ms Laila, and now she is 3.5 and in funny bugs with Mr Nathan. The little gym is not just a free for all for the children (while there is plenty of free choice for them to explore) they have a curriculum and incorporate several areas of development (cognitive, large muscle and small muscle movements, social and emotional support, etc). I have seen first hand how knowledgeable the instructors are as well as patient, and can successfully engage children in large groups, small groups, and individually.
I have been an early childhood teacher and center director for over 13 years and can confidently say the little gym is the best program of its kind that I have seen and truly knows what they are doing.
I pulled my daughter from the little gym for about 6 months because we moved to hampstead. We tried a few different programs that were more conveniently located and cost less money. We quickly begged to come back. No other program can match what the little gym offers. Their staff and facility is truly one of a kind and I will never try another program.

My son LOVES coming here. Every morning he asks, “is it Saturday yet???” He is gaining confidence, stability, social skills, detail to instructions. The teachers have been great and really get the kids involved.

If you're even looking at The Little Gym, just go for it! I'm so grateful I made the choice to bring my LO to this wonderful gym almost two years ago now. Started in Parent/Child classes and she has moved up to her own, plus Parent Survival Nights (3 hours of crafts, gym, food and a movie on a Friday evening) is perfect to get some alone time or run some errands! The instructors here are practically family at this point; always flexible, friendly and just the best with all the Littles. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Little Gym!

It's a very good place where kids learn more than just how to do exercise. The teachers are awesome and treat the little ones with respect and always encourage them to do their best. Only it's a little bit expensive.

My son loved the sporty beats summer classes! I definitely recommend this place for first time parents or to do something with your kids once a week. The stuff is great and very friendly as well are the parents who bring there kids. It sucks my husband got new job or my son would be sign up again but the another good thing about this place is there’s over 400 locations.

idk why I didn’t do a review sooner... we have been coming here for about 2.5 years now. We absolutely love this place!! The girls are always excited to go.. Mr Brandyn Mrs Leanne Ms Hilary and Ms Anja are exceptional Ms Meghan, Mr Jerry and Ms Mackenzie are all very nice and amazing ! My girls have learned so much taking classes here they have camps karate dance classes and of course gymnastics for all ages!! For those parents looking to have a date night they also have PSN ( parent survival night ). If you are looking for a place for your child to build some confidence and learn new moves this is the place to go! We love it here !!

My son Jean-Luc and I had such a wonderful time with Mr.Brandon at the Little gym! We were visiting from out of town and he made us feel very welcome and showed us how to find locations near us which we now plan to do. The class was excellent and interactive. I could tell the kids who had been participating previously had learned a ton! Can't wait to find a little gym near us!

I've been taking my son, now 13 months old, to this Little Gym since he was 4 months old. The absolute BEST investment :) He and I have made life-long friendships with fellow attendees as well as the staff. While childhood development isn't a contest, in comparison to non-gym friends, Bishop is way ahead. I credit much of this to the Little Gym and their knowledgeable instructors. Not only are the classes fun but they are also so informative as to the whys of development and taught skills. I can't possibly speak highly enough about this establishment!

The best thing that I can say about The Little Gym of Wilmington is that they truly do what they advertise. Their classes are "serious fun" and their birthday parties are "awesome"! My family has been with TLT for over two years now and my kids always look forward to their classes. I love that each class incorporates learning and movement. We have had 2 birthday parties there and all I had to do was bring the cake and balloons.
Our guests raved about how much fun their kids had. I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service by their staff. They make things easy for the parents and the children feel encouraged and respected. The facility is always clean and is in a great location. Highly recommend!

We love The Little Gym of Wilmington! The programs are fantastic and my son has so much fun. But really, it's the staff that makes our experience so amazing. The way they work with the kids is great - it was the first place my oldest felt comfortable being left for a camp without me and I know it's because of the staff and how they treat him! Not to sound like a broken record, but we love Little Gym. The instructors are amazing and caring. They have had obvious training, not only in gymnastics and techniques, but how to talk to children to make sure the children feel confident and proud. The amount of skills taught and learned is incredible. In some gyms your child stands around waiting to work on some apparatus, but here, even in the biggest of classes, each child is moving constantly. They bring in instructors as class sizes increase to ensure safety and no idle standing. Each child is challenged to push themselves to do their best.
The instructors know each child and are genuinely happy to see them each week. When my daughter had a brief stay in the hospital this summer, they checked in on her and gave her super warm hugs when she returned to class.
We were skeptical when we signed up... but it was the best choice we could have made for our family!!

I have been taking both of my boys to the little gym for about 6 months now. They both love the classes and are learning valuable skills like patience and turn taking. The classes are a ton of fun for me and the boys. We just had a birthday party at the little gym. They hosted an hour of gym fun, then cleaned up the mess, and everyone had a blast. Thanks little gym!
