Claire is an amazing teacher!! She meets you where you are and guides you through all the exercises with patience and encouragement. I always leave her studio feeling better mentally and physically. I am SOooo grateful to have found her. She teaches the classical Pilates method with so much attention to detail, it is just incredible. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. I only wish I had found her sooner!!

I have had chronic neck and shoulder blade pain for years. Claire knew exactly what type of exercises I needed to get relief. This is the 1st time, in many years, that I am not dealing with pain on a daily basis. This is the best decision and best time-money investment i have ever made! Thank you so much Claire!

I fully recommend The Mindful Bodi Movement Center if you are looking for a place that teaches the fundamentals of Pilates in a welcoming environment. Claire’s knowledge of the body and how it is all connected makes the world of a difference when you are practicing inside and outside of her studio.
Claire is an amazing teacher who has not only taught me the fundamentals of Pilates, she has taught me to give myself grace and that my body is my friend… 😌. I have struggled to find a place where I feel comfortable while practicing Pilates and Claire gives me the confidence and the safe space to practice at my own pace.
This experience has not on made my stronger physically, but she has also empowered me spiritually as well! She has truly been my therapy these past few months!

Absolutely love The Mindful Bodi Movement Center! As a beginner with lower back issues and limited flexibility, I was a bit anxious about starting Pilates, but Claire, the owner, has exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is calming and inviting, which really set me at ease. Claire is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Before my first session, she took the time to understand my specific issues and concerns. Each session feels tailored to my individual needs with an emphasis on protecting my lower back. The focus on alignment and breath have made a noticeable difference—I leave each session feeling more centered, positive, and relaxed. I can definitely tell my flexibility and back issues are improving, even though I've only been taking classes for a few months!
I can’t recommend Mindful Bodi Movement Center enough. Claire is so encouraging and she never makes you feel self-conscious. She celebrates every accomplishment, no matter how small, and I love that about her! It’s a perfect place for anyone looking to improve their strength and flexibility, especially those dealing with injuries or limitations. I’m excited to continue my journey here and see how much I can grow.

I have been taking Pilates for over a year now and Claire is simply the best Pilates instructor. She is very knowledgeable, positive, delightful to work with; and she helps me truly enjoy Pilates! She always challenges and motivates me while focusing on fundamentals of form and balance and fully explaining the key steps and target goal. She has helped me develop a much better posture and definitely a stronger core. I am also grateful for her instruction and modifications throughout my pregnancy! She gave me a lot of suggestions for home exercises to help with my lower back pain.
Anyone would be lucky to learn from Claire! If you ever thought about trying Pilates, you should get in touch with her. It doesn’t get much better!!

If you are looking for a Passionate, Professional, Knowledgeable and Enthusiastic Pilates Instructor Look No Further! Claire at The Mindful Bodi Movement Center is WONDERFUL! I met Claire in a pilates class years ago when she was studying to be a pilates instructor. As soon as she opened her studio I joined her and have never left - it has been over 12 years! She is AMAZING!! She truly has a gift in her ability to teach, demonstrate and explain the mind/body connection. Her instruction is always clear and easy to follow. I trust her and respect her knowledge and expertise. She has always makes me feel comfortable in class, provides feedback in a positive and encouraging way and challenges me when she sees fit. I initially took group classes with Claire but when I started to have an issue with my back and sciatica I decided to start private classes and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Since Claire has such an incredible understanding of the body she made sure my classes were tailored to help strengthen and improve my core and not exasperate my issues. I am happy to say that I rarely have back and sciatica issues. My body has definitely changed in the last 12 years as I have aged and being in Pilates has definitely kept me strong and able to live my life to its fullest. Claire has truly been a gift to my health and well being & I will always be forever grateful!

I was looking to build strength and balance in my journey toward overall better health, and am so glad I visited Claire. She is so well versed in Pilates, and she truly walks-the-walk. She made sure that I worked to my full potential during my sessions with her. She never cut any corners, and provided a full experience each and every visit. One would be hard pressed in the Triad area to find another Pilates instructor with as high caliber of experience, knowledge, diligence, and passion. Claire has an eye for alignment and movement and helps make corrections each step of the way. Because of this, going to Pilates classes at the gym and pro workouts at home do not hold a candle to a Mindful Bodi session with Claire!

For the last three years I have had the pleasure of working with Claire to address on-going back pain, and building more strength and flexibility. She has such a vast knowledge of Pilates and how your body works together. Claire is able to tailor individual sessions to exactly what your body needs. I've been a client of Claire's for going on 8 years! I was referred by a Massage Therapist that informed me of a new Pilates studio opening in Kernersville. I attended the open house, met Claire and she worked with me to get my body strong and flexible to feel confident doing a week of hiking in the Arches and Canyon Lands of Utah. Three times a week we met for private sessions. Our guide could not believe that I had not hiked before! I've never stopped our private sessions and look forward to them 2 times a week! I celebrated 70 years in April and feel that the reason I enjoy life with balance, core strength and confidence is because of my commitment to Practicing Pilates with a skilled instructor....Claire Vogt is the person who has kept me strong and walking tall as I my enjoy retirement from practicing 45 yrs in Dental Hygiene, I give thanks every day that I found Pilates and the Minful Bodi Movement Center!

Claire is AH-mazing! Her ability to listen and truly hear you is incredible. She works within each individual person's ability and creates magic. You move in ways that are truly safe for you. I LOVE privates and duets because of the close atmosphere and you have Claire's attention fully. This is a great exercise for anyone!

Best workout ever! In a year of pilates with Claire I have gained over 15 lbs of solid, lean muscle, am considerably more flexible, and have grown almost a 1/2 inch taller.
