Best gym for bodybuilders who are looking for a actual free weights! This the gym you want to go to if you need a real workout this ain't your traditional style gym! This gym is equipped with real steel plates and old school machines they also have modern equipment! Staff is great!

I like the gym for the most part. There is obviously always room for improvement. I like that there really isn't a contract. I also love the fact it is 24/7 with card access. They do however need to update the website as far as what they offer because some of it they do not. As for the price, if they offered everything it says/said they did them yeah the price would be fine but as it stands I think it's a little pricey. I will recommend it but also understand there are other options in and around the area.

Absolute zero stars. Continuously harassed at this gym while the owner did nothing but blame me. Every time I was harassed I brought it to his attention yet nothing would be done. No one should speak on your body parts or know your name when you cannot even pick said people out of a lineup. After being surrounded by three grown adults who have harassed me before, he thought it best to cancel my gym membership without a refund. Then proceeded to mention a policy that was never mentioned to me before as the reasoning he would not refund my membership. Terrible ownership. If you're looking for a gym, the lowest gym is better than this. Please find a planet fitness and have peace of mind. UPDATE: Spoke to an officer who told me to " get my things and run" as he has heard nothing but bad things. That I was the first person to call the police, but not the first to have problems at that gym. Again, literally the playground is better than this place. As the police officer said "run".

Great atmosphere. I'm traveling and purchased a few days worth of time in the gym which is called "a day pass". The owner was southern sweet and made the entire process easy. Clean positive energy. And the locals are just as nice. Stop by and come see for yourself! And he actually has machines that target legs, cause everday is leg day👌 👏 👍

Lance, the owner, is friendly and personable. He started with bare bones and has built a solid gym and continues to upgrade as he is able. The clientele is classier than you will find at other "lunk" gyms and more serious.

This a great spot to work out! Simple, clean, all the machines you need and plenty of space to work out. And the owner is very friendly and helpful. It's nice to have a no frills space right here in town.

Google asked me to add to this review, and I would say that everything has continued to be great. This is a perfect, no frills gym with good machines and plenty of space to spread out. It is always clean and it is available 24/7.

Great place to do cardio, lift or classes. All in one gym! Great equipment regardless if you want to just do cardio or lift heavy weights. The owner is friendly and overall could not be more pleased with this gym.

Love this gym, so many good machines to use and great selection of free weights too. Whenever I go, it feels like I got the whole place to myself, never have to wait on machines. Good community there too, everyone is so friendly. Lance is the man too!! Very much recommend!!

Great gym Great Owner with great values! Fair priced, Fair day passes for your buddies visiting, comes with all the equipment you need Lance was very helpful and welcoming! The best part about this gym that it is clean and is open 24 Hours/ 7 days a week! I have a great workout when ever I am in town. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking! Wow what an awesome place! I was only in town for a week and wanted to keep up with my personal training workouts... And I'm so so glad to have found Lance! He's knowledgeable and obviously passionate about helping people reach their goals, and puts you right at ease regardless of your fitness level. Would highly recommend him and his gym to anyone. Honestly, one of the best all around gyms I’ve been too and I’ve be a member of gyms in Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Houston, and Myrtle Beach. While there is something for everyone along with 24hr access, no fees, and just 1 low payment a month. And the owner continues to get new equipment with a lot of room to grow!
