I was on 95 traveling to South Carolina and I needed a place to lift and do some cardio. This place was only about 15 minutes from the highway. The owner Jimmy was extremely friendly and accommodating for my last minute phone call to meet me and let me in. It had everything I needed to get my leg day and cardio complete!
So awesome! I will be back! ☺️

Awesome gym! I am in town visiting my best friend and reached out on their website to see what I could get for a guest pass. The owners were quick to respond and willing to meet up with me as soon as I got to town to get me set up. The gym itself is great and has everything you need for a good workout, a variety of bars, plenty of weight, and cardio equipment! If I lived closer I would ditch my big box gym and make this home. Thank you!

I love everything, the Yoga Classes with Kristin and Laura are always rewarding as I come out refreshed, the Ab Strong and Zumba Strong with Mo are great motivators especially for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy cardio but he always makes it fun and the weight room offers so much variety to keep my workouts interesting. The perfect gym for me!
