We’ve had a middle schooler that has been going to 3rd level for 5 months. The staff does a great job of introducing weight lifting and exercises with the proper technique. Classes for the kids are fast paced and with other kids their age. Multiple time options throughout the week. Highly recommend.

Frankie is an amazing coach! My son is a soccer goalkeeper who plays at a high level. Unfortunately, he does not have the height as other keepers. My son has worked with Frankie for a year. Frankie formulated a program that elevated my sons game and made him very explosive! Due to Frankie my sons self confidence has changed and his desire to get better has increased! I have been going to third level fitness doing the women’s boot camp for 4 years now with Frankie and Justin and they are incredible. It is so motivating to work out with a great group of girls and the trainers truly focus on your goals and abilities even while being in a group setting! Definitely recommend.

Our sons love Third Level Fitness!

They’ve been going for a few months now, and it’s been such a great experience. They enjoy working out alongside other kids their age and are learning proper technique for both weight training and agility. We’ve already seen their training carry over into travel sports — the confidence and form improvements are noticeable!

Both coaches are fantastic with the kids. They’re encouraging, patient, and really know how to push them in a positive way. We couldn’t be happier with the progress they’re making. Hard to put in a couple of sentences what Third Level Fitness means to me. Started in 2012 with uncertainty because boot camp was out of my normal gym experience. But it is the best fitness decision I’ve ever made. Trainers are always leading in the way that makes us be more healthy and fit. I’ve done almost 10 powerlifting competitions and many races and runs. We have retired recently and my husband has joined and that is good for both of us. Check us out! You won’t be sorry!

I’ve been attending Third Level Fitness for 2 years now and have never felt more at ease in a gym environment than I do at TLF. Frankie has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable in the gym while simultaneously pushing you out of your comfort zone and challenging you—striving to align his offerings with your fitness goals. Now, both my husband and oldest son do personal training and summer youth camp (respectively) at Third Level Fitness. My husband and I even completed our first 5k this year with Frankie’s training and encouragement. We are a part of the TLF family and can’t recommend them enough!

I've been a member since 2012. I can't say enough great things about this place! It is where people really care about your fitness goals. I've lost weight, and got stronger. Im in my 50s and have done 6 powerlifting competitions. Frankie and the other coaches helped me get there. Also, they have helped me after major shoulder and knee replacement surgeries! This is where they treat you like family!
