CHAIR YOGA I love this class! I feel stretched and loosened up all over. Kimberly said we would use every muscle and we did. Her directions were clear and she gave us modifications to try if we felt we needed them. The exercises were easy to do, I could feel the stretch and had no muscle soreness afterwards. I highly recommend this class to everyone who wants to increase their flexibility.

Sarah Parker is OUTSTANDING!!! She knows her stuff and tailors my workouts for my particular needs. I have had many trainers over the years and she is by far the best I have ever had. She wastes no time gabbing and she pushes me to do things I would never do on my own. She watches form very carefully. I have gained strength and balance since working with her. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a true professional trainer. She is always pleasant and positive in addition to being really good at what she does.

Again, another fabulous Liquid Pilates class with Ro at the helm. She is so knowledgeable, cues are spot on, modifications are given and her attitude is stellar. Really tries to include everyone in her classes! I would highly recommend her classes!

Colleen taught our Stretch and Release class today, and it was exactly what I needed! Colleen is one of a kind at teaching. Her voice is calming, her expertise and knowledge are impeccable. She works us at a speed that really does something to our muscles. She explains the exercises and what it they do for us. She is concerned that we do them correctly, but also helping those who have injuries and/or other disabilities who can't do it, do it another way that is equally beneficial. You leave the class feeling great, rather than worn out and hurting.
I hope this becomes a regular class. I will be the first to sign up!

The class was moved to yoga room and over booked. I did not stay for the class. This is very disappointing since we can't take 2 classes on any given day. Your recent email indicated that you plan to add more classes to facilitate not being pushed to the Waitlust. However, more classes will just make what happened today more likely to occur. If we can't be guaranteed use of the big room with less classes, it will only lead to more conflicts for that larger room.

I love all of Debbie's classes. She makes things fun, and the exercises she chooses always help me on my road to getting more physically fit. I like that she is aware of my posture and form and she will give individual help when she sees anyone needs it to get the most benefit from the movements. She's definitely my favorite instructor at Thrive!

I loved Sarah’s burn and build class this morning! It incorporated everything I wanted in a class and Sarah is a wonderful instructor. You can fully understand what she saying and none of the movements were hard to follow. She also was good at giving alternative movements to those not capable of doing what she was doing. I would encourage you to allow this to be a twice weekly class! I highly recommend this class!
