The gym is thoughtfully split into two sections: one side dedicated to free weights and the other to machines, ensuring you have access to the equipment you prefer. We also provide a safe, fun childcare room, making it easier for parents to focus on their fitness goals. With 24/7 access, you can work out on your schedule. Enjoy a welcoming, family atmosphere, and visit us during our office hours from 9 AM to 6pm

It's a pretty good gym with a very low price compared to other gyms. Its way cheaper than planet fitness if you get the year membership. So, I'd highly recommend this gym if you want to save money. I would have given it a 5 star but it does have 1-2 things going against it. The men's bathroom/locker room stinks like straight up pee or ammonia. The second thing going against it is that the leg equipment is extremely old. For example: the hip abductor\adductor machine & the laying leg curl machine.

Has everything you need. Never too crowded. Everyone here seems kind and courteous with weights and machines. It's so nice when you can plan your workout ahead of time, knowing you'll have access to the equipment you need. Great spot and affordable membership.

Walked out of TNT and all the girls started talking to me.... it’s like i turned into a mix between Jason Momoa and Chuck Norris. Do yourself a favor and join this gym.... I mean unless you don’t want to gain a ton of lean muscle and lose all the fat on your body.

For me it's a Great place to go ito bust out a good workout and head out to work. It's a family owned business. The owners are great people.
There's a really beautiful Italian girl who teaches classes and personally trains people there. Unfortunately she's married to some old retired UFC fighter. He's A real douche. But everyone else is awesome

Awesome value. Signup doesn't feel like you're buying a new car like at other gyms. These guys were devastated by Hurricane Matthew and they've done everything in their power to make right something they had no control over. Love this place !

TNT is a great facility with great faculty! Gym has a little of an old school theme, but also very laid back and full of great members. They also carry a lot of supplements at great prices!
