Top tiger is great for pushing your limits. However, I would like to add it didn’t feel like a very inclusive environment as the owner promotes Christian values but in a way that is not necessarily welcoming. As a women I did not feel comfortable but I have been to plenty gyms where this was not the case. I also feel like the price for membership wasn’t worth it for the same hiit classes with very little variation in workout. The owner is not open to collaboration with other gyms as he is focused more on money than a experience so won’t get much competition to spar with other than the regulars at the gym. The boxing trainers could be more encouraging and bring more energy to the workouts. They focus mostly on competitive boxer but could be more intentional to new comers. Only thing I really enjoyed was Ale’s wellness bar where you can get protein shakes and bowls after your done working out. Can get crowded since their our separate trainer using the gym for non boxing purposes.

Such an incredible gym! Upon arrival I was welcomed with open arms while visiting family for a short duration. There’s a boxing/sparing area for fighters as well as another gym area for other weighted and machine exercises. It’s clean and they provided an all round (and kid) friendly environment.
