By far the best gym in Asheboro, huge cardio, free weight, and machine sections. Love going there to work off the stress from the day and always can get a great workout because its never too crowded with people right on top of you like some of the smaller gyms in Asheboro.

I have been coming here consistently for over a year and have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and they have just about any Hammer Strength and Life Fitness equipment you can think of. The upstairs is all exercise equipment with the exception of the room reserved for classes and the downstairs is in two sections consisting of free weights and cardio equipment.

Horrible experience, def not bodybuilding gym what so ever was told your not allowed to pose. Being 5 weeks out from an international show and thought I was going to enjoy my experience, but obviously they don’t encourage fitness at the highest level. Staff was incredibly rude, very disappointing.

This fitness center is like a "home" to me. I have been a member there now for almost 10 years. During the first five years, I worked out there every Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m. before going to work as a mail carrier in Greensboro. Ginny, the owner trained me on almost all the equipment. Excellent training! Total Fitness is unique in its atmosphere. If has lots of equipment and room. Enough can't be said about it.

The prices here have constantly been increasing they've even increased the prices for an add-on for a family member I recommend going somewhere else, and I've been doing here for over 15 years. We've had the same equipment now nothing has changed so why have the prices increased.

I love this place every time i visit asheboro i tried working out here. Very friendly Staff gym is pretty clean don’t mind paying the 10$ daily pass . Keep it up guy’s.

This facility goes up $2 a month on their memberships, whenever they feel like it. No stair climbers, no row machines, old cardio equipment, saunas down. No amenities included in membership. A/C is never on.

Best gym, excellent customer service from Lisa, very clean and lit! Sauana, Olympic lifting equipment, hammer strength machines, dumbells, they got it all! I'm visiting from San Deigo, CA, and this is the gym to go to whether your a local or visiting. Plus they make protein shakes, have preworkout, everything for a gym junkie.
