Update: I have been training with Laura for over a year now, and I still love it! I have gone done 3 pant sizes since I started! Couldn't be happier! I would not have these results without her!
Laura is wonderful and by far the best trainer I have trained with. I have tried diets, workout classes, and even other trainers in the past, but none of them seemed to work for me. I just wasn’t seeing results. When I met with Laura for our initial consultation I knew things would be different. We talked about my goals and she really listened to me. I have been training with her for a little over two months now and I couldn’t be happier! I have lost weight and inches of my stomach, waist, and hips! My family, friends, and co-workers have all noticed a difference. She keeps me motivated, on track, and I look forward to each training session. I urge anyone looking to reach their goals to train with Laura! I am so happy that I found her!

I have been training with Laura since September. She is my first experience with a trainer. I have tried it on my own many times and have never been able to get major results or even stick with it. I absolutely love training with Laura and would recommend her to anyone. She pushes you to achieve your goal but does not give you anything you cannot handle. Training with Laura has changed my outlook on eating and working out and the importance of sticking to it. I love seeing the results in my body and strength from week to week. Training with Laura is a one on one personal experience and she educates you on what to do throughout the week to achieve your goals.

As a person who has had an extremely negative experience with one personal trainer in the past, I was apprehensive about meeting with Laura. I had tried so many other things in the past, with no results. Weight Watchers, Myfitnesspal (without proper knowledge), plain walking, tracking food (but not calories), etc. I had done plenty of research and knew "the facts" about losing weight. I knew I needed help and someone with the know how to get me where I wanted to be. I was convinced that Laura could help me after reading her website and seeing that she could understand where I was coming from, and that she had helped another client lose over 100 lbs. Laura is just amazing. She never pushed me beyond what I could do, and I was never sore the day after working out with her. I trained with Laura for only 2 months, and I continued to see progress in my strength and endurance. She is encouraging and supportive, and as long as you follow her plan, you will see the results that you want to see.

I've been training with Laura for about a month and I have never felt better. I've used a few big box gym trainers in the past and also felt as if something was missing. Laura is the best fitness trainer I have found and I look forward to our sessions. U will not be disappointed with her
