I’m new to CrossFit and this place is my second home. Lol! Juice is an amazing coach because he really does care. Five months ago I walked in with bad knees and hips which limited my mobility. Because of the homework he gave me to do and his attention to detail, I am now doing a full ROM squat with heavy weight. If you have never worked out in your life, Juice’s programming is custom built to push you to be great all within your limitations. The environment is awesome and the people here are amazing. I mean it’s a vibe for real! And I love the Ohana Barbell Club! Nobody will ever take my spot…ever! Lol

It's a vibe! The coaching Juice provides is very intentional. Everyone has weaknesses and Juice has a keen eye for detail to spot em and the knowledge to give you a clear and precise path to make those weaknesses a strength. He has a way of making you want to come back the next day and the day after because he shows up for his athletes. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I’ve been coming to training bell for over a year and no two days are the same. Coach Juice is always positive and creative in his approach, even at 6am. Endurance and strength training can be scaled to any experience level and the results are noticeable. 10/10 would recommend!

Juice is the best coach I’ve ever had in nearly 10 years of CrossFit. I’ve been training with him for 2.5 years and have seen huge improvements in all my lifts. He’s also a great person and truly cares about all of the people he trains. You won’t regret checking out Training Bell!
