I’ve had an incredible experience each and every time I’ve been. First off, they run a FREE Bootcamp every Saturday morning at 8am that’s probably the best workout you do in 50 minutes. Secondly, Thad and his team truly care about what they are doing and will motivate you and push you throughout the whole workout. Can’t recommend Training Camp Fitness enough! I will be back.

Absolutely love this gym! All of the trainers are amazing and really take the time to help you throughout your workout whether it’s correcting your form or offering encouragement to push yourself a little bit more. I look forward to every class & would recommend to anyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!

Best Gym in CLT. If you’ve been looking for a group fitness gym that will actually give you real personal results then you have to check it out. No risky/compromising lifts like CrossFit. More strength training than Orange Theory, Barry’s or other HIIT Gyms I’ve tried. Thad’s workouts are the best in CLT, hands down and all of the Coaches are phenomenal. Free boot camps on Saturday mornings which is a perfect chance to bring a friend and try it out.
