I’ve had the pleasure of working out at TrapFit for a year under the direction of co-owners Elliot Smalls and Dante Jones. My goals were to heal from the inside out, lose weight and tone up. I couldn’t be happier with my results thus far! In a year, I’ve dropped 4 dress sizes, 50lbs, improved my blood pressure and regulated my A1c bringing me out of a diabetic range to a normal range. Both instructors listen to your goals, concerns, motivate you to push through, lock in, and truly make the experience pleasurable. The nutritional guidance is easily adaptable, even for picky eaters like myself. I recommend this gym to all of my friends and family, and I recommend it to you guys as well! The results are definitely worth the dedication, grit and sweat!

Great place for Trap aerobics and I’m sure the other gym services are awesome as well. Book a session and you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming and the instructor is motivating!

Dante is a great trainer. I like how he adjusts the workouts so I'm not putting too much strain on my body but still pushes me to work hard. Even though it's a group setting I feel like I have my own personal trainer.
