This gym is amazing! For a small town, Siler City is very lucky to have such a great gym with tremendous variety. My friends that live across the country are amazed when I talk about all the services offered. And Matthew is just terrific as our personal trainer. I include him as part of my circle of Healthcare providers. I share my dexascans and labs with him. He adjusts my workouts accordingly. He is fun and includes many various workouts so I never get bored. We hardly ever miss our 2x/wk schedule. Thanks Team Downey for investing in Siler City! I am grateful 🙏.

This is the best gym. I have been going to this gym since about 2017. They have a lot of machines in great working order. They have tanning and bathroom facilities. Oh and they have good smoothies too. Everyone that works here is friendly. Even all the patrons are friendly. It does not matter your age or body type. All are welcome. I have never witnessed any body shaming here either. If you are intimidated by a gym I would definitely give this one a try.

I've only been in a gym a few times in my life. I've always been plus sized and I'm autistic. They make me feel awful. Triangle being smaller convinced me to check them out. The equipment in this gym is newer and in better condition than many of the bigger gyms in the area. The shower has just been redone, and is very nice. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. There are Silver Sneakers classes and a variety of other classes. They have a tanning bed, an outdoor area, a nutrition area, smoothies, personal trainers, recumbent bikes, regular stationary bikes, treadmills, step climbers, free weights, a heavy lifting room, and they have 24hr access for members. Check them out. You will be glad you did.

Triangle Fitness is an absolute gem!! The staff are extremely friendly and are happy to assist in showing you how the equipment works. Their personal training is top notch. I have been working with Mathew over the past month. He is personable, patient, knowledgeable and helpful in addition to being highly encouraging and motivating. The cost of their training packages are phenomenal. Can’t say enough positives about this family owned gym ☆☆☆☆☆

Came into town to visit some family over the weekend and was able to get my workout in with a day pass. The gym was clean and organized and the owner was very nice and professional. Would absolutely recommend this place and will return whenever I come back to visit.

The lady megan who picked my call is rude , just because i have a accent she disconnected the call on me. Why hire a person who can’t even talk on phone? Was planning on joining the gym but I won’t and won’t suggest others either because i see how rude the first person i talk with was.

Decent fitness equipment at a decent price. Angie at the front desk is fantastic and provides great customer service. However you can't use the showers or water fountains and the owner needs to learn basic customer service skills.

I really love this gym, they provide a lot of services and classes that a lot of other gyms charge extra for. You can go to Zumba or Crossfit or Spin Class all included in the price of membership.
