My 2 daughters attend classes at Triangle Rhythmic Gymnastics for over a year now and love it. They look forward to every class and always happy to be there! We have tried several other gymnastics in the area and my daughters both picked to attend Triangle Rhythmics. The girls work on flexibility, acrobatics, dance, rhythm, coordination, confidence, creativity and much more while learning several routines each year, performing and competing. The coaches are very supportive and caring, making sure girls are developing and growing at their speed, but being challenged along the way. Definitely recommend!

My daughter has followed coach Ivanna for about 5 years. She likes her and Triangle Rhythmic Gymnastics. She is level D now. She enjoys traveling different states to join the different competitions, through this, she earns confidence and persistence so on.

We are with Ms. Ivanna for over a year now. She and her school are absolutely amazing. Her approach with children is friendly, but very professional. After about 6 months in her school we witnessed a lot of improvements, not only physically, but also in school and overall behavior of my daughter. Highly recommended.

This is the only rhythmic gymnastics place in the Triangle, and it's been amazing for my girls as we've been with the TRG for a total 3 years. The school used to be located in Morrisville and recently moved to downtown Cary. There are several rhythmic gymnastics levels taught at the school, up to very advanced. Coach Ivanna is fun and kind and caring but this does not mean that she is not demanding - she is, so her students show notable progress, are able to attend meets (including out of state) and win medals.

My daughter is in this club for half a year.the coaches are very professional.during this short period we participated in 2 competitions in Charlotte and Savannah.if you choose this beautiful sport for your daughter this is the only club of Rhytmic Gymnastics in the Triangle!

My daughter had such a significant improvement within less than a year with Triangle Rythmics and took silver during the competition. It was huge for her personal development and confidence. My girls went to take a trial class here and Ivanna, the instructor is amazing! She knows what she is doing and is very talented! She is very kind to the girls, but also expects them to work their hardest. If you are looking for a great place for your child to learn Rhythmic Gymnastics, this is the place!

My child have been going there for 3 months now. We both love Ivana, and another assistant coach Nastia. She is patient and encouraging with the kids, but also has rules that all kids follow. I see a lot of progress in the short time span, there is still a lot to learn of course.
