I was at the summer camp and the counselors are so sweet and supportive! Ms. Sarah, Savannah, Trinity, and Ms. Ashley make sure everyone is treated equally and well. I’m a little upset I didn’t get to spend more time with the other staff.

This gym is amazing. The staff goes above the normal level of help and concern. The yoga instructor is so knowledgeable and helpful. She watches and knows how each person in her class is doing. I’m 68 and was struggling with my knees and she saw the struggle and brought me a blanket to use as a cushion for my knee. I was getting too hot, she saw it and came and opened the door so I could get some air! She was so nice. So knowledgeable in calling out the poises. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Every staff person in the building is incredible. I’m not from here but my granddaughter lives here and I’ll visit every time I come to see her. Thank you guys for being so nice.

Great atmosphere, relaxed, mellow. Truthfully everything a new climber needs. Didn’t feel judged for being new in fact one guy encouraged me to top out on a route. Glad I am a member here and I am looking forward to advancing and learning new techniques

This place *rocks* (πŸ˜†)
Puns aside, the staff here has to be my first and foremost mention-they were all always friendly and ready to help. They seemed to genuinely love their jobs and share their passion for helping others learn to climb.
Secondly, it is a very well rounded gym. They have fitness classes, many routes for climbing, a boulder wall with a top so you don't have to fall/climb down, training tools and resources, helpful guides posted about how to grip each rock, newer equipment, and a full standard gym in the back with boxing equipment.
Environment seems very welcoming. Had several climbers offer advice when we asked and just overall everyone's really sweet.
Definitely worth the money for the membership and gets you excited to work out!

The entire place is very child friendly. I took my 5 year old and he had a blast with a caviat.

Pro:
- multiple levels of experience
- clean
- safe
- easy parking
- affordable

Con:
- short staffed

This was our 5 year old's first time. I would say the easiest course/route require you (the parent) to quickly be trained ($5) on how to be a safety for your kid. The bouldering (no harness and no safety) routes are not easy for kids and is in the same area where more experienced climbers are.

This was also my 1st time being trained and being a safety, I picked it up fast! Staff will also stay there until you feel comfortable.

I’ve been a member of this gym for two years. I can not praise the atmosphere, staff, and community enough. I will miss Bash’s consistently fun route-setting, Tracy’s challenging strength classes, and the feeling of Jay’s calming nature the moment you set foot in yoga. Tamara has done an incredible job assembling such a great team. Thank you for helping me fall in love with this sport!

We had a lot of fun here. If we were living in the area we would definitely get a membership. The kids LOVED it! They have a TON of rock climbing options, they have 2 different gym areas, a yoga studio, speed dating, a party room, and private classes for learning more.

This is the BEST value I’ve ever received at a fitness facility. Honestly, when I look at everything I get with the cost of the membership I’m stunned. It should be at least 3x the cost of what it is! A hidden gem in Fayetteville. Here’s what you get: world class yoga instructors, skilled fitness instructors for all levels, fun and safe rock climbing (even for beginners), smiles and good energy from the staff, all types of workshops. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY…I’ve made real connections with real human beings who have good hearts, and are helpful and kind. I’ve made friends here - which is SO important for a military town when you don’t know anyone. I’m so grateful this place exists!!

I consider myself a serious climber and I visited triangle the other week, i work and set in a gym in my town, and what i can say is that the sets were not only awkward, but dangerous. when setting, proper hold reinforcing is crucial for safety to prevent holds falling off the wall, or spinning, both of which are dangerous. When i was climbing, one hold spun on me, which is easily preventable with an additional set screw, and when i confronted a staff member about the spin, they handed me a tool to fix myself, which is incredibly unprofessional. I also watched a hold be ripped off the wall and someone fell from 12-15 feet because the hold was not properly secured. the facility is clean, but the staff lack proper knowledge of climbing and climbing safety. overall if you’re a remotely serious climber, i would recommend going to another gym or heading to an outdoor location

Did not have the greatest experience, went with my family on a member appreciation night. Was not impressed by the alcohol being served but not monitored or even age checked. Felt like the employees had too much going on. Left a less than steller review and the staff stalked the security footage, then called me unsolicited to try and breakdown what they saw on the footage I guess, while another staff member left a reply questioning my knowledge of safety protocols, felt very unprofessional to me. So if you have an opinion be prepared to be somewhat interviewed if they disagree, was given a play by play of what my family did while we were there. That being said, I was told it was members appreciation night and that's not a typical thing, they only do those 4 times a year so maybe another day would have painted them in a better light. It didn't feel family friendly to me but everyone is entitled to their own opinions, perhaps we will try again on a normal day after my 1st impression is no longer fresh in my mind. I'm leaving my review of my experience and pointing out what I was told about it not being their norm but sometimes it's about how a not typical day operates to decided between two similar businesses. You're welcome to disagree, and I truly hope you have a different experience. I was less than kind on my 1st review so I decided to change it as it was posted while in an emotional state.

My experience at the Triangle Rock Club was amazing. The staff is professional, friendly, and inclusive. I purchased a Groupon while I was visiting family in NC. Distinct lack of triangles. And rock. I was expecting this to be a band made up exclusively of triangles, I brought my electric triangle all the way from Maryland in order to try out. All they play is laid back indie music so you can vibe with the other super chill climbers that are there. 0/10.

My kids have been members for over a year and have attended Parents Night Out on several occasions. Today I thought my 8 and 11 year old wouldn't enjoy themselves as much as they usually do considering there were no other kids registered for PNO. I was WRONG! Zora was amazing. If you want a climbing challenge go to this place. Visited today for the second time and used the auto belay courses. Have to admit I struggled with them! Only managed to reach the top of one compared to my first time when I reached the top of all the auto belay courses!

Great fun whether you're new to climbing or seasoned. Follow the color coded trails for a challenge, or start off climbing whatever you see. Make sure you get some training from the employees - they are very knowledgeable for everything from shoe fit to belaying. I put on my old shoe size first (pre-pregnancy) and they hurt! Good thing they told me the shoes shouldn't hurt - I climbed for a while before deciding they were too tight 😢

This review is long overdue;
While I was stationed at Fort Bragg I had purchased and paid for a year membership up front and was told I would be able to freeze it while in training or deployed. Well just so happens while I was deployed I asked you freeze my membership and once coming back from my deployment I was told that it had expired and even showing my orders for deployment they wouldn't credit me my remaining time. Okay so I figured things happen and maybe somebody forgot to do something in the computer so rather than purchasing another membership I bought punch passes instead, which I was told had no expiration. Well after another 18 month deployment I come back to find that while I was deployed they have merged with another company and wouldn't allow me to use my punch passes reason being that (they were purchased so long ago and they have changed their name). I don't know what the hell they expect when operating a business near a military base!

The routes are good, staff is friendly but I do have one huge beef. Recently they placed locking carabiners on all the ropes with pre tied knots....every bit of education I’ve have to this point screamed foul. I’m now trusting someone else’s knot to a single point attachment on my harness. I attempted to re-tie one that had tightened so much it looked like it was tied wrong to find the tail was zip tied to the rope. Guys I like your gym but this is a huge safety violation, it may seem good for convenience for a beginner to walk up and clip in but your asking for an accident and not educating new climbers on proper rope work.

We became members our first time in the gym because the atmosphere is so inviting and the staff is so friendly. TRC has become one of the few bright spots for us while we're stuck in Fayetteville.

Our kids are so comfortable here that we decided to put them in the First Ascents every week. We are absolutely glad we did!

Holly and Lauren have been the ones working with my youngest. They are so patient and amazing with him. Holly has motivated him immensely and believe me, with my son, that's a massive accomplishment! He adores her so much that he is constantly trying to top himself to impress her. It's so fun to watch the progress he's making under her instruction!

My daughter's teacher Kaitlyn, has worked wonders with her also. She has such a commanding presence with the kids that drives them to succeed. Kaitlyn just has a way with the kids in her class that inspires them to want to do their best every time. That's difficult to find in an instructor.

Watching our kids grow in so many ways because of these young ladies is just such a great opportunity for our family.

Thank you, TRC crew, for providing us here in Fayetteville with a wonderful place to call our second home!

I just started climbing at TRC and I love it. The culture in the gym is very inviting. The people are great and there is something for every skill level.

I had the choice between two gyms and I couldn't be happier. I'm new to climbing and the staff was very helpful and encouraging without being overbearing.

The hours are great for me. I love that they are open til 10. Facility cleanliness was a big turn on to me.

Very thankful I got into this sport and thankful for the space to do it.

First off, I would just want to give the staff at TRC a HUGE thank you! I had a group of 18 college kid climbers from our climbing club drive in from Coastal Carolina University in Myrtle Beach, SC to spend the day at the gym. The staff was amazing in every way. They were very professional when we arrived and getting everyone through the system and paid for. They were super helpful and accessible when we were needing to complete out belay tests, and were there for us whenever we needed them, from bandages from torn calluses on fingers to help solving a bouldering problem. For anyone wanting to find a gym thats not too far from home, but with an awesome atmosphere and a perfect range of routes for anyone and everyone, this is the perfect gym! I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you TRC!!

This gym isn't very big, but the setting is on point. The staff is very friendly and the gym is well managed. The bouldering walls have much to offer. The holds are all new. If you're in town and need a place to climb, this is the place to go.
The gym has two v8 and one v9 when I was there. they we good, quality sets. I'll be back anytime I'm in town.
