Practicing with Ashley has been such a gift!! her classes are the perfect balance of grounding and energizing, and she creates a welcoming space for everyone. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I also do one on one stretch sessions once a week with her and I’ve noticed a huge difference when it comes to working out. My form and range of motion is so much better than it used to be. Ashley is the best!!! 🤩

Ashley is a caring and compassionate instructor and continually demonstrates her yoga expertise in her classes. Through her patient guidance and support I have been able to improve my flexibility, breathing, and general nature (fruits of a good yoga practice!). I met Ashley in her Yoga Stretch class at our local Y and because I now have escalating osteoarthritis (and osteopenia), she suggested that I come to her home studio for private sessions.
Ashley is a gifted instructor, but she also is adept at working with clients in whatever fitness level they’re at, so I highly recommend her—she definitely helped ‘jumpstart’ my long road back to better health!

The yoga and adventure trip with Ashley was amazing!! Beautifully planned, with each day balanced perfectly between practice, exploration, and adventure. Ashley is amazing!!! She helped me build strength, flexibility and endurance without making the workouts feel like a punishment. I began yoga to help improve my flexibility because of running and weight lifting I always felt tight in my hips and joints. Yoga has helped with my tightness and has also shown me the benefits of adding yoga to my workouts weekly. It has helped my flexibility, strengthened my core and improved my balance. With yoga I have improved my runs and have been able to increase my weights. Ashley is an amazing instructor. She is knowledgeable in giving extra attention to a muscle that needs help or helping improve a yoga pose. Her positive energy is contagious while taking her classes it hard not to smile the whole time. I have enjoyed all the different classes I have taken with Ashley and always look forward to her next one.
