My daughters have been cheering with Victory! All Stars for nearly 10 years. My oldest started there when she was 9 and my youngest is still cheering with them. If you are look for a cheer gym big enough for your child to grow and develop as an athlete but do not want to be a number at one of the giant cheer gyms in the area, Victory! is perfect. They have a wide variety of teams including novice, prep, and elite along with tumbling and stunting classes to help athletes level up if there are specific skills they want. Many of the coaches and staff have been there for years and they really get to know your kid (and family!) and help them grow.

My daughter has been part of Victory! All Stars for the past 10 years, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym. From day one, it’s felt like family — the owners and coaches truly care about each athlete, not only helping them grow in skill and confidence but also building character and teamwork.
The family-owned atmosphere creates a supportive, positive environment where every child is encouraged to do their best and have fun along the way. Watching my daughter develop over the years — as both a cheerleader and a person — has been such a rewarding experience.
Victory! All Stars is so much more than a gym; it’s a community. I’m grateful to be part of the Victory family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their child can learn, grow, and shine!

A FEW parents here chiming in with experience with a class and with novice - elite cheer.
First of all the place is sooo close to highway 29 that’s it’s practically on the street. If you park in front of the building you have to wait for the people that block you in when they pick up/ drop off because they don’t want to take the time to park. Then at times it’s so busy that there is nowhere to park!
Then come inside and there’s nowhere to sit to watch your kid because there’s a tiny window viewing area and you have to be at least 6’5 to see in the front row because the window is so high. Please lease a better place.
The coaches here aren’t friendly at all. A nice smile at least or saying hi to at least the parents of the people on your team would go a long way. Human decency is to at least smile at the people responsible for your salary instead of looking past them.
Not a place to grow. For cheerleaders the tumble classes are way too full and the kids are standing around majority of the time and not actually tumbling. The coaches yell at the cheerleaders about their tumbling skills and jumps and tell them to come to tumbling class but the classes do not help.
Then at cheer practice they don’t teach you how to be a cheerleader. They don’t train the flyers on how to fall. They don’t train the bases on proper hold technique. They don’t do anything to strengthen balance and flexibility. The only way you might get some of this is to pay extra for private lessons or be friends with a coach.
Sometimes there is no team to move up to. It ends at level 4 this year. They advertise prep teams but usually have just one prep team.
If you’re looking for diversity, it isn’t here. Because of that some insensitive remarks are made to teammates about differences like their hair or even wanting to know them at all.
If you do a private lesson the instructors show up late and then go on to the next person. Not even a sorry, making the time up or reimbursement. It would be great to get a little feedback on how the lesson went. At least to the athlete. For the coaches with kids, please don’t let them interrupt the lessons people pay for.
The coaches are derogatory. They don’t teach properly and are degrading when the team doesn’t do well. Dont make the athletes hate coming here and lose their passion for cheer.
Keep some good merch regularly!
No sense of family for some teams. I’m used to a cheer center where all the teams do team bonding at least at the beginning. This really helps with performance.
This gym also doesn’t do a great job with putting age groups together. Example, they put an 8 year old on a team with majority of the team in high school.
It is hectic when one class begins and another ends. Too many people coming and going at the same time. They should space this out. It would help with parking too
Also too much going on at the gym at one time. It’s not a big facility at all. Too many classes, lessons or practices all going on at the exact same time in a small space.

My girls have been doing tumbling here for about 2 years and we absolutely love it!! All of the coaching staff is fantastic and super passionate. My girls have worked with most of the coaches and they've loved them all and really made a ton of progress. Pricing is very fair for the quality. We haven't done the cheer side just yet (starting this next season) but have heard/seen nothing but great things. Definitely worth giving a try!

I love this place I’ve been cheering here for 8 years! They treat me so nice and i love them! They provide such a fun learning experience of all youth ages! They bring me joy and happiness and I look forward to going there every practice! They have supported me when I had hurt my wrists and my back , they had helped and supported my friends when they had mental blocks and worked through it! We have a motto that all the coaches and athletes follow, it’s TRLFC Teamwork Respect Leadership Family Character. They provide classes and teams based off of what you can do and sometimes your age! For competitive teams( novice and elite) they just recently made a (optional) activity called FCA Fellowship of Christian Athletes (you don’t have to come if you are Cristian) It is where we have fun activity’s that we can do while we learn about our lord God! That are age grouped for certain activity’s!
I hope that you have a great day and I’ll see ya at victory! -Mackenzie (Mack)

My daughter joined Victory! in '22 and it has been such a joy added to our routine! We only have experience with a tiny novice team, but she also attends Monday night tumbling + one additional Get Your Skills class. She's also attended evaluations, spring break camp, a summer stunt camp, a summer tumbling camp, and tumbling clinic. She's obsessed! I've loved watching her develop friendships with her teammates and her coaches have been patient and encouraging to such a small age group.
I've personally only witnessed the owners and coaches displaying the values of the gym - TRLFC; these are the same standards they hold my daughter to and are ultimately the reasons why this gym is the right one for our family.
All-star cheerleading is not a cheap sport, so I think it's important to manage the expectations of both the parent & of the athlete as far as what kind of commitment a team comes with. In addition to the "must haves," there are also many opportunities to purchase gorgeous, but expensive, extra items (think $100+ team jackets and bookbags, $40 bag bows and $80 sweatshirts at competitions).
I do wish the swag items were higher quality / better designs / more affordable price point... the '22 - '23 season apparel was not well received and the prices were high considering the quality of the materials. Lots of parents talked about making their own shirts, or wanting to be able to order different things branded with the V logo, so it may be worth taking into consideration what parents / families of athletes would be willing to purchase through a fundraiser for the kids. I know of at at least 6 family members who would be placing orders for customized Victory! support swag if offered, and know other families would be excited to participate as well.
The facility is clean, well maintained and secure. One of my favorite parts of this gym are how seriously they take safety and security. I feel very comfortable with my girl at this facility + with each instructor 1:1. Any questions I've ever had (and a first time cheer mama had lots of those!) were answered quickly and usually with a personal call which is so rare now.
Last thing - the end of year celebration was such a sweet thing to watch as the mom of a first year. While very cute to see my own kid on the stage for a minute, it was so encouraging to see girls who had put in years of work with Victory!, to watch how close their bonds with one another and their coaches have become, and to see "Big sisters /Little sisters" together one last time!

I have seen my daughter grow as an athlete and as a person over the last 5 years at Victory. If your child is interested in learning how to cheer and to compete at a competitive level, this is the place!

My daughter started her 15yr allstar career at Victory! She just retired and is now coaching a Worlds team at a friends gym while going to college. Victory laid the foundation for her to be successful in cheer and life!

Leadership needs to reevaluate some of their instructors. Having people on payroll that care more about their hair and looking in the mirror more than their class is not a benefit to anyone. Also, manage the space. Having every person in the building waiting in line to use the one trampoline is a waste of everyone's time.... Acknowledging and fixing these details can easily make this place worth five stars.
