I’ve been training with TJ and Mishel at Vim Fit for nearly two months, and the progress has been remarkable. I didn’t fully realize how much my functional strength had improved until I volunteered in Asheville, North Carolina, helping with the cleanup after Hurricane Helene. Moving supplies up and down flights of stairs and across long distances felt surprisingly manageable—I didn’t grow tired as quickly and could keep going to support others. TJ and Mishel’s training has made a real difference, helping me build strength that translates into everyday resilience. Highly recommend these two trainers for anyone looking to take their fitness to a new, practical level!

VimFit and its owner (and my trainer) TJ have been instrumental in helping me rebuild muscle mass and regain balance and core strength after a major intentional weight loss. The training facilities are spacious and well equipped and all the trainers have attitudes of acceptance and encouragement and radiate positive energy. This has been truly life-changing for me as I enter my 7th decade. I am continuing to slowly lose weight, increase my balance, and build lean muscle mass. Recently, I was able to dance the night away at my son's wedding reception with joy and ease. This is my first experience with one-on-one fitness training and it has been and continues to be excellent.

LOVE Vimfit! I came to them last year (October 2022) because I'd let myself go to the point of not being able to pull myself up out of the lake onto a boat- I work with TJ and Grant on weight training and both are very cognizant of my personal issues and have helped me tremendously regain strength and work through some hip issues. I also work with Jill at Whirlybirds who also personalizes my workouts (I'm scared of heights so we go VERY low to the ground) and mixes things up and keeps it exciting. Last but definitely not least I work out with Julianna in Pilates and her attention to detail and my personal challenges is something I look forward to every time! The individualized service and focused attention is off the charts wonderful! I highly recommend.

I love this space and the equipment is awesome. There’s been some really thoughtful investment so that you can get any type of training. I’ve done group and personal training here. I’ve had cardio and strength training sessions. Every workout is so customizable and can change depending on what you need. Such a personal approach. I’ve worked out with several different trainers and everyone gets invested in your fitness. There’s nothing else like this in town.

I have worked with VimFit (mainly Bryan C) for a year now and have been very happy with this program and the trainers. I train three times a week, occasionally virtually when I am traveling. TJ and Bryan are always looking for ways to improve the facility and equipment. Most important they have listened to my goals and training issues and have provided excellent guidance. I like that Bryan really pushes me to train harder and smarter than I will ever do on my own. I’m hooked!

Top-notch trainers in a spacious setting. I’ve lost body fat, increased muscle mass and had a great time. My trainers Bryan and Madison really concern themselves with what works for me and my body. TJ runs everything beautifully. And they’ve got my husband enjoying the gym which is a first!!

I worked out with Franky for years and felt physically stronger and mentally encouraged in reaching my fitness goals. Franky is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and can tailor workouts to fit your wants and needs, including preventing and recovering from injury. No 2 workouts are ever the same, and Franky has a great sense of humor and makes exercise fun!

Pilates with Melissa in the Pilates studio is an outstanding workout for me. Always challenging. Good for mind, body and spirit. And a bonus benefit if you're a golfer: 25 more yards off the tee.
