I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a NASM certified weight loss specialist. I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years, I also hold belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. I hold a level 1 F.A football coaching badge. I am very passionate about health and wellness, helping my online and in person clients achieve their goals and help them live a healthier lifestyle. I was born in the U.K but now the is U.S.A home. Viribus Personal Training LLC is fully insured and certified.

I started training with Steve about 3 months ago when I decided I needed to take my health & training to the next level. Steve has been nothing but encouraging, and pushing me to challenge myself and this has given me so much more confidence to know I can reach limits I didn’t know were possible! I have been training with Steve since November 2020. The results I have achieved in this time have been incredible! Steve is not only is a great trainer, he provided nutrition directions to help aid in my journey. I was able to reduce my body fat by 10% in less than a year. Steve is an excellent trainer with a great personality that makes you feel very comfortable. Steve is great! He’s extremely knowledgeable and works with you to achieve whatever your fitness goals may be. If something isn’t working he adjusts to get you back on track. Steve has been my trainer for over a year now. I was overweight, out of shape and had very little strength or confidence in myself. Through my training with Steve i have lost almost 40lb of fat, my shape has completely changed and i now have muscle!! My posture, balance, strength and confidence have all improved.
