We love Track Out Camp at Wake Forest Ninja! The counselors take great care of the kids and keep them active. We had a mishap between a wooden ring and tooth our first week. The staff called immediately and text us pictures to help decide what we needed to do. They checked on her after to make sure she was ok. That speaks volumes to me. Plus she’s exhausted when she gets home 😊

Kid loved it! The only reason for the 4 is the fact that ID’s weren’t checked for pickup and once the door wasn’t locked, a parent’s anxiety nightmare. Courtney and the staff remedied our concern and we’re very pleasant to deal with. Exceptionally responsive. I’d recommend to a friend and use this again after better security measures were taken and the ratio of adults to kids is clarified

My son had his birthday party there and only giving it four stars because he loved it, but as a parent I noticed things that bothered me. First the whole party is run by young kids who really don’t look thrilled to be there. Spent most of the time telling kids what they can’t do instead of showing them what they can and how to do it correctly. They provided plates and napkins and waters which was a bonus except when it came time to pass out food they were all shoved in a corner behind a table and we had to open all the brand new packages ourselves - would have been nice if the room was set up and ready with plates and napkins for our party. They only provide miniature water bottles which are pretty much useless if your a kid running around for an hour and a half - lesson learned - pack more water. Apparently kids couldn’t take a snack break either - lots of getting scolded at again for that. Again - an hour and a half they were thirsty and hungry so that was annoying. The kids running the party looked miserable to be dealing with young kids - one of the coaches decided to kick a ball across the room and it hit my daughter in the face and she was never acknowledged or apologized to. Unfortunately she didn’t divulge this was a coach until after we got home - she just said she got hit with a ball and was embarrassed - otherwise I would have said something there for sure. All in all, it could have been way better for the amount you spend on this, organization wise. But luckily my son had a great time anyway and didn’t notice all the annoyances that all the parents did. However this experience does not give me any interest in signing my kids up for camps or PNO or classes.

I would like to give 4.5 stars but I can’t! I took my son here for a week of Track Out camp. My son was a little discouraged after the first day because he wasn’t able to do one of the activities. But the rest of the week went great! He was tired when he came home from camp, but I knew he had had a fun day. The only reason I gave this place 4 1/2 stars is because there is no signage from the road that you can see! And even when you get to the building, the doors are slightly obscured by a tree. If this is your first time going, it is difficult to find. However, Once you’ve made it inside, the real fun for kids begins!

We've used this place a few times when schools are closed.

Today our five year old came home with his entire lunch still intact. When asked, he said he dropped it on the floor. He told a teacher who said they couldn't give him any food. No one at the facility called to let us know he needed another lunch. He went all day without eating!

Also, this place appears to be run entirely by high school kids without any background in child education. Today, at pickup, I was told my child hit another child and informed by what appeared to be a sixteen year old, that if it happened again our child would be sent home. When prompted for elaboration, the staff admitted they did not witness the event and relied entirely on the accusations of another child. They also indicated they were understaffed, over enrolled and that it had been difficult to monitor all the children.

Needless to say, we won't be using this facility anymore. This is poor quality childcare that circumvents regulation by billing itself as a day camp.

My 11 and 6 year old really enjoyed weekly classes here. This location offers instruction and free play. The classes were not too large. There is high staff turnover. Staff weren’t always the most attentive during drop off. I would recommend this location.

This is a fun occasional camp for kids. They are inside all day and mine do not enjoy Thursdays where they have to sit and watch a movie but otherwise the kids love it. As a parent I'm not sure I'll send my kids again due to their sick policy. They don't have one! If your child is sick you cannot get credit for another day like every other camp. I find this particularly concerning in our current times. The schools already have issues with parents dropping off sick kids so I can only imagine if you are losing $60 in addition to having to take the day off this may encourage hiding illness. I tried to contact them twice and have not received a response from management so I have to assume this policy will not be changing.

1st time here, was not greeted or welcomed by the (1) morning male staff, it was 8am maybe that is why? Upon arrival Only got a “whats your name?” This lasted the entire week my son was there. Also, was told that the campers would be shown and learn how to use the ninja course correctly. My son told me that the staff never even taught or showed them how to use the ninja course and that it was basically just play playground. I asked the same male staff about it that afternoon at pick up and was told if you want to learn how to properly use the course you have to take the afternoon classes!! I would have thought that this camp would be more of a coaching environment and teach the kids the proper techniques to use the course, for safety if nothing else! Nothing was ever mentioned about nutritional eating/health either, which was disappointing. This camp would be great for the 5 yr old kid who just want to be silly all day & hang around in a small rectangular room, and play jailbreak or tag. (Which is the only thing I saw them do) Very, very disappointed that I wasted Money on this camp, what a joke.

We absolutely LOVE Wake Forest Ninja Academy! My son goes to class weekly and has also had a birthday party there.
The classes are fun for the kids. They work on skills and play lots of games. My son stays until they make him leave and is worn out by the time we walk out the door. I would recommend to anyone who has a child that likes to be challenged physically.

This was a great gym based on America Ninja Warrior. Kiddos had lots of fun at a birthday party and the gym was quite the challenge. Kids ages 6 and up will have a blast! I even tried the equipment and had a great time! Nice staff and a fun place!

Believe the hype! My son (2nd grader) says this is his favorite track out camp of all the ones he has attended (Lifetime, Granite Falls, Hope Lutheran, Camp Y, Franklin Academy). When you walk into their obstacle course you can see why--ans Ms. Ashley is great. Only issue I had was that even with early care it only starts at 8 which for a lot of folks is an issue. But it's a great treat and I expect this to join the rotation of track out camps we frequent!

Everything from the clean and tidy facility to the service provided by the staff and details for the birthday boy were top-notch! The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive. I was particularly impressed with the young man Aiden who coached and corralled the boys😊 He was enthusiastic and kind.
